Hi Joe. I've been a member here for quite a few years but have been awol for quite some time now. I came across the news about Tristan following a link I saw here from one of the commentors. Is there new news about the story/writer? I'd love to find out for the story plot sounds very interesting and it's the kind of story I'd get hooked on. All your comments are greately appreciated. P.S. Have you told Tristan he could post his story here on GA and be more than appreciated? This is a place where no one will give him a hard time for what he writes. I hope he takes the offer to post. Also, thanks for all the info and keeping in touch with him as well as with us.

I read an excerpt a while ago and for some reason didn't save it in my favs. which it's odd for me not to. I hope you can help me out. Now, mind you I do believe this is a published story. I've already asked at Goodreads with no luck. A young man was given a ride (while hitchhiking) by a trucker. It is sleeting quite badly. The boy turns to the man and suggest sexual favor (or something of the like) as a thank you. Macho trucker becomes disgusted by it, hits him (I think) and kicks him out of the truck onto the side of the highway. Macho man goes on the CB and starts talking about it, gloating about how he kicked the boy off the truck. Another trucker is listening and asks what mile marker the boy is at and looks for him. He gets out of the truck and runs toward the almost frozen boy, takes him to his truck, takes his wet clothes off, wraps him in his comforter and lays him down on his bunk. Eventually the boy wakes, sits on the seat next to the driver and they chat. After hours, the driver arrives at a friend doctor's place (I think he was a doctor) and If I'm correct leaves the boy there so he can finish his delivery and promises him he'll be back for him. Do any bells ring? I really hope so for it deoes sound like a very interesting book! Thanks!!! Momma Rush

At the beginning of the story I wanted to smash Tom against a brick wall. Now, after seeing his living situation, I want to embrace him. Why would a mother/wife stay with a man like that is beyond my understanding. Unfortunately it happens every day in real life. Mark... Gotta Love the boy! He is so sweet! Miss, what ever her name is secretary... She needs a whooping from this Puertorrican lady! LOL What a conniving wench she is! I'm looking forward to learning what is going to happen once they go to court. The scene where Max breaks down was very touching, remembering his past, what his father did to him and his mom, his brother taking the side of the ass wipe father... I wanted to give him a warm hug and assure him that he is very much loved by the rest of the family! Great chapter my darling!!!!

Thank you all my beautiful children!!! I spent a quiet day here reading on my laptop since my daughter worked and just got home a few minutes ago. They're fixing to go get pizza and perhaps tomorrow we'll hit one of the many gay clubs. We went to one on Green Street last weekend and I had a blast! Once some of the kids there found out I was there with my daughter and her partner and that my roommates are all gay they were all over me with hugs and kisses telling me how awesome a mom I am! LOL Some said they wished their mom's were like me. :-( It was too cute though.

Indeed this was a very good story. I've been enjoying reading classical/historical stories as of lately and this one is on the top in my 'liking' list. I hope you'll write move historical books.

I had so much fun editing this chapter!!! I'm glad Candice is now scared shitless of Sam and took off but I also wonder why William managed to keep Billy working at her father's farm if she's not there. Hmmm. makes you wonder.
