Per Guy, Tony's first novel truly changed the trajectory of the town, some seem to have embraced the change, while others I am sure look at the changes with anything from annoyance to horror. Tony is spending his first day back home doing a few things that are important to him, allowing him to feel his roots and see what is still there. He remembers that last day with Aaron, and the decisions they both made that altered the course of their lives. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Loved and hated this chapter in equal measure. Loved the way they all worked together, Dust, Kellen, and Vee. Hated what they found, but I do think something that perverted with the ability of some of those involved could have built up a residue of magic that finally did the damage done to those it effected. Obviously, the man that took charge either isn't very powerful, or doesn't have the education to let him know what needed to be done. Either way, his lack of control might make him more dangerous that he would be otherwise. Glad that Dust and Kellen connected, not sure this was the best time, but it helped Dust come out from under the influence of the attack on him. Was hoping that maybe contact with Dust would help Kellen get some of his abilities back, but don't guess that was possible. Excellent chapter.

Glad Bart was able to connect with an old friend/acquaintance. And knowing him from the past may well have made it easier for him to talk to him and communicate. The therapy is working, and even though by the end of the chapter that had achieved penetration and orgasm, I think some continued therapy would be beneficial to all. Noah has been there for Bart while he tried and finally succeeded in overcoming his issues with his father and this idea that sex in that way was wrong, let's hope the next step goes well as well.

Will have to check the story out, but what interesting questions and even more interesting answers. Love how open this author chose to be, and some of the answers were very thought provoking. Oh, a good murder mystery, a convoluted who dunnit would be a welcome addition.

I think most of us were at least suspecting that Peter might have been more than friends with Vincent. But now we have confirmation. I have known a few families that have multiple gay siblings and strangely enough, this seems to follow the model. Some seem to know early in life and others seem to come to that conclusion later, often after a conventional marriage. They just need to be honest with each other and support each other. I do wonder how Vincent's law practice will feel about this, if he is already a partner, not much they can do, but still. Arvid was a delight and loved the description of his, so sweet. Contrary to popular thought there are conservative Swedes. They range from just conservative in general to those that belong to St. Pius X, which is so right wing that the Catholic Church sanctioned them back in the 80's or 90's and are tied to very right-wing extremist groups. They are deniers of the Holocaust and very much out of step with the mainstream but not a small sect. Once again, Graham needs to tread carefully. While some might be glad that he is willing to answer some basic questions about gay life so they did not have to, others could accuse him of recruitment, idiots. Dawn has proved more perceptive that Vincent gave her credit for and is a true friend. Venetia is in for a rude awakening, and I would suspect that she is not the kind of person that will handle that well, but we will see. A truly outstanding chapter.

Coming home can be tricky, and to some extent, this is home for Tony. While he and Aaron split because Tony left town, it was not a clean break and Aaron more than Tony paid the price for that. I am sure that Tony had his share of issues and hopefully we will hear about some of that, but all of those that stayed know what Aaron went through, and that will make him the one they sympathize with to some extent. Justin may have well turned into Aaron's protector and counselor, and that was probably needed, but because of that, he may well be the gatekeeper for Tony to get to Aaron. Tony is going to have to ease back into this group. But Luke is right, Tony needs to know what he wants out of this visit, and whatever else there may be going on here. Aaron could still be fragile, and if Tony hurts him again, all bets are off.

Can't decide from this one if Alex will be a complication, hinderance, or the best thing since sliced bread. So did not see the Billy/Sarah situation arising, not sure how I feel about that, but we will see. I do agree with the reasoning behind if he can tell Sarah that, what is wrong with other things being revealed.

Losing a sibling can be very hard, and it appears that Noah was really close with all of his and his parents. Glad that Bart could help him through all of this. Well, seeing a therapist can do wonders, but you still have to do the work, they just help guide you and help you understand the steps. Would be more than a coincidence if it is the same one, but I bet it is... LOL

To each their own, but much like @drsawzall, not something I understand.

I am really afraid that this situation with Jasper is going to end in more than tears and tissues. I think he is dangerous, more than Deidre and maybe even the guys realize. I doubt even if he was caught smuggling handbags that it would warrant much time, the fine might be worse than the jail time, but it would give him a conviction and that could be useful later. Brian, Gordon and Russ always seem to have a good time together. Deidre seems to have gotten the message, but not sure it will do much good, but we will see.

Harry Weinburg is about to find out that his career hit a major downturn, he is going to be lucky to be able to direct in a small-town theatre in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. I do hope Jake can control himself or at least leave this to JP or Brad. Love that Stef was trying to buy Will out. That was just too funny. You know if Stef is after the stock, it will be golden at some point, no matter the idiots in charge. So, Will finally got to meet the one that got away, LOL. Sarah seemed very well informed, and let's hope that the redhead was a good match. Will is going to get his ass kicked if he keeps trying to rescue everyone. Nice chapter, but way too many open-ended questions, here.

Aaron's family were the worst, I wonder if Aaron ever found out where they went, or at least his brother. Tony still has feelings for Aaron, but how much of that is what was and how much is what might be. I can see a storm brewing but can't wait to see how it plays out.

Bart can't let his father continue to live rent free in his head. He needs to get some therapy to help him deal with this and move on. As long as these feelings are unresolved, they will always cause an issue in one way or another. Smart poker advice.

Well, so many delicious little tidbits to digest. I do love how Vee and Kellen interact, like a Cobra and Mongoose I wonder if Mr. Stevenson knows more than his wife. She is actually afraid, that is the reason for so much hostility. And I would say we found the area the even started in or at least know where it is. Now, we just have to figure out was in on purpose or accident. I just love this story...

I felt this was somewhat of a transitional chapter. I really feel that Graham and Vince have finally made a decision that they are staying in the house and subsequently have decided to make it more representative of themselves. I still think that Graham should bring up the idea of perhaps using part of the house as a community or arts resource. So, Vince has finally got to meet Matt, and not only that but seems to be able to draw him out of his shell somewhat. I totally understand Vince, travel once you get to where you are going, for the most part, or getting home is grand; but the time spent in transit seems to be dealing with the absolute worst people.

Naming a ship is a very personal thing; and the fact that Orion is willing to seek help from the locals is very telling as well. He obviously has truly adopted this area and is doing what he can to help it grow. Love how he and Jules are both doing what they can to give back to the sea. Orion knows how to handle the men in his life. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Tony would have been miserable if he had stayed, he needed to be able to spread his wings, and although he hints at a few false starts it seems he has been more than a little successful. Aaron did not want to leave, and for some people that just can't see leaving where they are comfortable and there is nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't give them the moral high ground, it is what is or was right for them. All four of the guys left where they were from and moved here, they made the same choice that Tony made, and that choice was as valid as theirs was.

Doesn't matter how long or why they left; you never really get over the sense of abandonment. I do think Noah is right, unless his mother or sister just really needed him there, he has a right to stay away. Glad that Bart and Noah seem to be moving forward, once again, nothing wrong with taking it slow and getting to know the person and what they are about before moving forward. Nice that the family that Bart cares about seems to both approve of Noah.

Good to see a few new stories breaking onto some of these lists.

This family all needs therapy. Britiany is actually human, who knew. Frank is playing a dangerous game with Tom, just not fully sure why, not sure he is either. Dante has finally realized he is home. Sad, in so many subtle little ways.

What a delightful chapter, full of wit and warmth in equal measure. Elise prompting Toby to realize that he needed something to give to Brian and Gordon for their wedding, and a nice portrait picture is always welcome, so many teenagers hate having one taken or at least have to act as if they do. Elise seems to be a really good friend to Toby, and I am glad of it. They seem to have a great deal in common, and I do hope the talk at the Wetland Centre goes well. Russ to the rescue. He knew just who to put on the project and Felicity handled it with her usual efficiency. Toby does well in dealing with adults in different situations, many young people his age don't. Brian and Gordon got some alone time, and that is always important. Can't wait to see what happens next.

An interesting conundrum to say the least, who will be the first rescued?

Lord, Noah must be really attracted to Bart, I would not even help my longest known friend move. I might hire some movers, but not actually do it. Although, as we found out, I am sure it is a very telling experience, and you find out a lot about those moving or helping you.

Some parents just never recognize the damage they do with their hate and own insecurities, while others do and just don't give a damn. But even with that, Bart needs to be more honest with his partners from the first, this is not a long time or permanent relationship.
