Looking back I think I always kinda of knew. My mom always had us write out letters to Santa but it was always our family that got the stuff for us. I wasn't broken up about it. I always thought she liked to pretend so I never said anything till I was older.

The man shouldn't be retiring at the end of the season, he should be leaving NOW, as in packing his his office up and heading for dodge. I understand the politics, I understand the power, but what I don't understand is how a community at LARGE can stand for this. I realize that this only recently came into the media but the lack of public response is staggering. Where is the outrage, where is the anger, where is the justice and the common freakin sense? I don't know and frankly don't care if he knew about the other times but he knew about one, and he did NOTHING of consequence. You hear people on the news DEFENDING his actions, saying that he 'followed established protocol and reported it to his higher ups', thats not enough; no where NEAR enough. That man is just as guilty for what those boys went through as the rapist himself. He shouldn't be given the option of resigning, he should be fired and then arrested. If they can charge a six year old boy with sexual harrasment for kissing a six year old girl on the cheek then there has to be some bass ackwards law out there that allows him to be tried as an accessory or obstruction or something. In parting think on this, what kind of society are we leaving in when we place sports *legends* above abused children.

If you mean like a fully manifested spirit than no but I have seen things I can't really explain. I've always been into the 'supernatural' side of life, ever since I was a kid. My grandmothers house isn't too old, maybe fifty some years, and she's lived there since it was built but I remember being a kid and seeing things in the house that I couldn't explain. I remember one time when I was about 10 or so i was spending the night at her house. i was sleeping in the living room on the couch and I watched a shadow move across the ceiling. It scared the heck out of me. I've had a for more encounters but I won't bore anyone with them here lol. best. Owl

Hey Yall, I wanted to drop in and give everyone a quick update on what's going with me and my work, for those people who follow me. Some of you might know that I just started training for a new job, I'm training (basic hours) 9am to 5pm. However I might get out later than that and I also have *homework* that I have to do each night. Since I have to be up so early to commute to class I'm not getting much writing done so an update to Indiana Summer might take a little bit more time than usual. I really am sorry about that and I working as much as I can. Max and Josh's newest chapter is with Rush for editing but due to an allergic reaction she is having trouble with itchy watery eyes so she can't work like at all right now so please give us time lol. If you are wondering if something will take Lover's blinds' place in rotation I'll just tell you now, it will be filled. I've got several small stories in the works that might take it's place on a short term basis when they are ready. Also I will be expanding my Antho story 'Discoveries'. That is taking some time though so I hope you all can bare with me. Well that is what is going on, I figured that this was the best place for me to post an update on whats going on with my work. You'll be pleased to know that once I do finish training I'll only be working on the weekends so I'll have plenty of time to write. Well yall best wishes, Owl. P.S After I do this training I'll have to train in my facility, I don't know yet whether or not this will interfere with my writing or not.

I can understand where you are coming from. I've never abandoned, nor plan on doing so, to any of my posted work but I do have stuff sitting on my laptop that I started and then lost the will to continue working on. I'm a bit like Renee in that respect, unless it is something I know I'll finish I don't post it for the simple fact I do get upset when i get into a story and find out that it hasn't been updated in a year or that the author hasn't been seen in that long. I think though that if you aren't feeling the story then maybe it would be a good idea to go back through the story, read it and try and figure out why you lost the passion for it and if you can recover it. If not than it might be kinder to remove it, or at least make it known that it is on hold.

See this is how I am too. I don't try to hide anything but at the same time I'm not an open book. If it is relevant to what I am doing or saying in a given moment or situation then it comes up, if not than it doesn't. If you ask me a direct question, in a honest and none confrontational way I'll answer honestly, if not then I tell you it's none of your buisness. Apparently it's a shock when peopkle find out I'm gay, I've heard 'Dude you so don't look gay' in so many different variations and from so many different people it's kind of comical. I actually have one friend who doesn't think I'm telling the truth, she thinks it's some sort of long running joke lol.

I'm actually a big fan of pink, I look very nice in it. I wouldn't be caught dead in a pink tux though, and dang sure not felt...that stuff would be itchy and hot lol. A pink Polo is about as far as I'll venture, or my pink and blue button up. I dislike any kind of stereotype, not just gay ones. I'm a big guy (not height wise, there I'm average) couple that with the beard I keep and the fact that I have a love for flannel and denim shirts and I get people thinking I'm some violent, ignorant, redneck bigot, (somestimes all those or only a few in combination). And when people find out I enjoy woring with kids I get suspicion of being a pedo or a molester (you might think I'm joking but I've actually lost babysitting gigs in the past for that very reason). People I meet in person first actually have a hard time getting to know me because the see me and make snap judgements. Those I meet online or indirectly are actually surprised by my appearance. I've been told on numerous occasions that from speaking to me I come off as a shy and diminuative kind of guy, not a bearded, thick, 5'9 bear cub lol. The only real gay stereotype I have ever encountered is that I should have a fashion sense and enjoy shoe and clothes shopping, I hate both. Personally I have no fashion sense, (see my statement about flannel shirts lol). Oh that and the one where people think that I sleep with any guy I can...which is SOOOOO not true lol.

Lisa, always a pleasure to see you. I am glad that you like the chapter. Their relationship is a sweet one, if a little sad at times. Yea that was something of a comment wasn't it. Wonder if anything could come out of that...hmm...ideas. I don't think Walker and Chris felt the need to say anything, the way they were so close with each other was enough of a give away, that and the fact that Walker is talking again lol. I'm sure she is happy for Billy and David, especially after their shaky start. I thinks he will be very happy when she finds out about the truth of their relationship. Hey Bookjunky, good to meet you. I am glad that you liked the chapter and I'm sorry that it's taken me so long to update. ir eally am working on that. I think Billy and David understand each other on a level that doesn't get seen so much in my other work, these guys actually have a life of their own. Frenemies, that is SUCH a great term for Sam and David, I didn't even think of that. I think Sam's softy tendancies are a bit of a surprise, I've sort of wrote her as a pain the neck a lot lol. Annie was great in her reaction, I think there might be a lot more to the woman than what we think...some days I'm not even sure about her lol. Or maybe she just thinks it's cute that Billy is *protecting* him from Sam lol. Billy's new back bone seems to have gotten great reception, I'm happy about that...I was worried it might be seen as too big of a development in such a short amount of time. I promise that I will do my best to write more often.

Hey Ricky, it's been awhile. I am glad that you like the chapter. I actually did know that, I found it when I was researching melodies. I wanted something Haunting and the Pie Jesu was the one that I liked the most. Annie was a real delight wasn't she? if she didn't suspect before we can pretty much be sure she is now. It would have been too easy to find out in this chapter what was up with the paperwork but I promise that will discover what it was all about. William...yes he is a puzzle peice. I can't give too many details on his means or motive as that would just give it away so you guys will just have to speculate. I really thank you for your thoughts on my story, on saying that it was so memorable, that means a lot to me. I don't think my work has ever been called unique before...*blush* Thanks again Ricky.

According to the Chinese Zodiac I'm a Dragon (Earth Dragon if you go through it all), I'm a Cancer so Crabs are cool. According to the test I'm a Wolf which is exactly what I would have chosen without the test. I've always been attracted to wolves (and Dragons lol) since I was a kid but my interest in Wolves has grown a lot in the last few years since this whole Journy of Self/Spiritual discovery has kicked in. Tight knit family structure, mates for life (mostly), loyalty, devotion and passion, all qualities that I admire and do my best to exibit. Well I'm done. I'd like to have kids, at least 2, either by adoption or biologically; most likley both though over the course of my life time. I actually have some parenting experiance I having helpled to raise my three second cousins (current ages are 7, 11, and 13) over the last four years and have dealt with every issue those ages can present including broken bones, minor surgery, ADHD, doctors visits, school problems, and bullying.
