Yes, the vampires live forever but he hasn't changed any of the boys into vampires they are being kept alive by the healing qualities of his venom to which they gradually acquire a resistance so that after about 100 years or so it doesn't work any more and they start to age again. If and when he turns any of them then they will become immortal as well. Of course some of them have been with him for a lot longer...but they are special
Thank you for the review. I'm realy glad you liked the story. I think you are right about leaving it as it is. There is more I could write, in fact there is whole scenario surrounding it that I could put down. But in the end the story was written around a painting and if it moves on then it isn't about the painting any more. I think this is it, the way it is, the way it's meant to be
I can't say I noticed... there are a lot of things I don't notice but that's a terrible thing to do. I mean whether reps are important to you or not then to have someone deliberately drive it down must hurt. I mean, if it was ten or twenty then it's creepy and annoying but you shrug it off... but 100 - that's totally out of order.
If you find out who did it I'l join the queue to kick his (or her (have to be PC here)) ass
HAHA No muggles in my world Yeah, the years weigh heavy when you know they are never ending. Seven thousand years is a long time to live, especially if you are not happy, always yearning for something you can't have and trying to find satisfaction in things that can never satisfy you. I don't know about vampires in general but Luma is certainly not your average vamp
How could I understand when you spoke to me of love?
A child, I had sat gazing into the pool and waiting for my friend.
Too large now to sit on your shoulders, raised above the corn,
Burying my face in your sweet hair, the colour of honey scented with fresh air and the sweetness of angels.
How could I understand when you spoke to me of love?
A child I had thought myself too old for your stories.
Too impatient to grow up and experience for myself the touch of a man

The moon was bright
The night you died
The night I wached the dying of the light
They would not let me come to you
The swords were bright
The night you died
When I watched your soul take flight
They would not let me come to you
Your eyes were bright
The night you died
Before they tore you from my sight
And they would not let me come to you
The moon was bright
The night I died
The blood pooled on the ground and dried
And I did so want to come to y
Daniel was preparing to give up his life when he was offered another choice. He has three days to decide whether he can find one thing in his life that makes it worth living.
From the terrace a long lawn stretches down to the banks of the lake. Behind me the sounds of the party spill out along with the warm yellow light that nudges at my back, pushing me away from the house onto the cool green grass.
The moon is almost full and the cool moonlight is so much more alluring than the harsh brightness I am leaving behind me. I take a deep breath, glorying in the pureness of air untainted by the stink of bodies and cigarette smoke.
I take off my shoes and socks and
That was a roller coaster ride. The ending was so sweet. I'm glad there's another chapter up. I'm wondering when the hell they are going to admit their feelings.
Somehow I felt that the first part was a tiny bit stiff and stilted. However it was only the very beginning The rest was tfabulous. You have such a way with conversations. I loved it. You have me intrigued now as to what Christopher's big secret is.
See.... now that is adrogynous. You look at that picture and think... that's a very beautiful woman...and then you look again and think... yeah, that is obviously a man
