Hiding part of what makes you who you are may sometimes seem necessary. And sometimes you may hide a part of yourself so well that you don't even realise that it exists. Danny Murphy seems to be living a charmed life. But he has a secret; one that he tries to keep so well hidden that he doesn't even want to admit it to himself. However, if he is hiding part of his real self, not just from others but also from himself, is his life really as charmed as it may seem?

This story is about Ryan, a very straightforward boy that goes on vacation with his mother. He then sees a pompous family getting on the same flight as him. He hates those rich families, especially the kids who never had to do anything in their lives. But, could certain circumstances change his opinion about that family? Life was going great, well I thought it was until one late Autumn afternoon, I received a phone call from my ex-wife, who informed me that our only child, 12-year Jonah Hunter Langston, had run away from home, after being forced to admit that he was gay, to his mother and step-father. It took me a good twenty minutes of arguing over the telephone to get most of the information out of Karen on what had happened, what shocked me the most was that this has happened over a week ago, and she was only just now starting to worry, after presuming that Jonah had gone to stay with friends for a while.

Devon fled Wyoming as soon as he turned eighteen, leaving behind his high school love, Levi. After six years, Devon returns to his hometown. Not much has changed, except that Levi is no longer in the closet. He’s also single and living his dream—managing the local wild horse population. Both of them are interested in picking up where they left off, but Devon is no more ready to reveal his orientation than he was as a teenager. No one is going to shove Levi back in the closet—not even Devon. For a relationship to work, they’ll have to put the past behind them and find the courage to face the future as who they really are—a couple in love.

This will contain any poems and short stories I come up with. I don't normally write poetry, but it is something I'm trying to do now. Thanks for your comments.

Writing a Dracula mash-up is not the most sensible thing to do perhaps. Especially when one of the principal characters takes exception to the tale.
