Jasper is everything fans of The Obsolete want him to be. Between the dance-y pop songs he writes, his flirty onstage persona, and the masterful way he plays along with the fans’ ships, he’s the perfect performer.

But when Ryan, an irresistibly attractive dancer, is added out of the blue to his vocal band, it puts the spotlight on something Jasper’s been ignoring all his life.

Can Jasper let himself get swept up in his own real-life, convoluted, fanfic love story while uncovering the real reason their manager added Ryan, & saving the band? Or will a photo scandal throw everything out in favor of some satisfyingly petty revenge?

This continuation of the story that began as “The Last Boys In Clinton” follows George, Lionel, and Lorenzo to Clinton, Tennessee, a suburb of Knoxville.

It will also cover the futures of some of the other major characters from that story.

Love Is 3 (Arthur & Max) is a haunting and emotionally charged story about unspoken love, loss of innocence, and the devastating cost of vulnerability. It explores the quiet pain of one-sided love—and the darker side of what people are capable of when that love is left unreturned.

Guest Prompt #2 by Valkyrie: Write a short story (at least 500 words) in first person without using the pronoun “I”.

After a devastating loss, the protagonist finds solace in the intoxicating presence of another.

This is a collaborative effort with Jojkk, my friend and an artist on Deviantart.

This story will be a little different than my other works.

A noticeable departure will be that the characters are not in a monogamous relationship. Every chapter will have tickling, playfulness, adorable and loving characters, some sex scenes, and lots of affection. However, not every adventure will involve tickling. I'm shooting for more action packed excitement, and danger with little to no loss of life.

When Evan discovers an old photograph of two young men standing shoulder to shoulder in 1920s Newhaven, he uncovers the hidden story of Kit Merrick and Rowan Hale—dockworkers who dared to love each other in a world that offered them no words for it. What began as a ten-cent fairground portrait became their proof: tucked into a cap, stitched into a coat pocket, guarded through storms, family burdens, and the long work of becoming men. Decades later, as Evan frames the picture and gives it light, he realizes that their secret has outlasted silence—a fragile inch of closeness captured on film, carrying a love strong enough to endure across time.

In order to avoid the pesky marriage-soon-trigger, Ash doesn’t date, officially. Amid plotting the most outrageous excuses to tell his family, he is greeted with a splash of the past.

Prompts Only

It all started when a young man applied for a position at a well-known media agency. He had two superiors who took such good care of him that he began to fall for them—especially the Director of Marketing. Meanwhile, his direct manager was also falling for him, unaware that the Director had harbored feelings for him for years.

Scott O'Connor felt it was a mistake right from the start. But the younger man he picked up hitchhiking in the rain was so fucking hot. Yeah, young enough to be his son, he'd found out later the "boy" had just turned twenty-one. The kid offered to blow him for the ride. Picture Leon Allendes. What gay man wouldn't kneel in front of him and offer his mouth? Sure, he offered to blow me, but Scott just HAD to return the favor.

Some decisions don't work out as well as you think they might.
