Rory's mom just died and soon after the funeral his life is turned upside down when he finds out that his mom has contacted the father that he never knew. Now, he's forced to live in the desert with a family he doesn't know, a father he doesn't want to know, and to top it all off, Rory's gay and no longer has anyone to confide in. Friends will be made and the meaning of family will be found as Rory discovers that everything isn't so bad in the desert.

Millennium is the tenth story in the CAP Saga. Brad is the narrator, and takes us from 1999 into 2000. Many of the characters in this story were introduced in “Chronicles of an Academic Predator,” “1968,” “The Land Whore,” “Be Rad,” “Man in Motion,” “A Summer Love,” “If It Fits,” “Bloodlines,” and “The Box.” You don't have to read them before this story, but it will give you a deeper insight into those characters and their pasts.

Although based on the Naptown Tales series, Legacy stands on its own. Legacy takes place approximately 33 years in the future, however, many of the chapters will contain flashbacks to the intervening years. There are a number of twists and turns, and the ending will almost certainly be a surprise.
