After enduring immense loss and unresolved pain, Jeremy and Carter have finally found peace and settled into an unexpected friendship. But as they spend more time together, buried emotions start to surface, and feelings grow stronger—faster than either of them can handle. This story is unlike my others. It is the true account of a gay boy growing up in California in the second half of the twentieth century. A story many of us can tell.

An immigrant family fleeing a pending disaster finds a home in America

Nicky and Reilly have been dating for a year, and Nicky is taking his boyfriend home over the holiday to meet his parents for the first time.

We return to Orono, Maine, where Detective Gennaro Saggio makes another appearance. This time, the killer is even harder to track down than was Parker Toliver, she of ‘The Fascinator Murders.’

Detective Gennaro Saggio’s first email of the new year announces a murder. Curiously, it is signed OOOI. The victim was a suspected arsonist, found dead in an abandoned warehouse. A suicide note was present, but the victim was handcuffed in a closed and chained tanning bed. The victim had previously been arrested, tried, and acquitted of first-degree murder, and arson.

Apparently, someone didn’t believe he was innocent.
