Follow Beta Louis as he travels to Washington State to assist the pack locate missing children that had been stolen from the pack. Tim and Jonathan's friend Tony rejected his mate because of his inability to leave Jonathan alone and trying to break his mateship with Tim. The rejected mate, Steve, is involved in the stealing of the pups because Tony will not accept him.

After Louis and his team arrive Tim introduces Tony to the team. Louis takes one smell and recognizes Tony as his mate. Tony realized what happened and quickly left the group. Louis didn't see him again for the rest of the night.

Ben & Jake have set off to meet George at the Natural History Museum in London. How does that turn out?

Boone and Coy have built a damn good life in Larkspur, and feel on top of the world at being able to share such blessings with each other. The Old West has its challenges for men made like them, but everything is falling into place on their little piece of the frontier... until an unexpected visitor shows up out of the blue. The Boot three years on. There have been some changes and improvements to The Boot, partly thanks to fund raising and charitable donations, and in part thanks to Christian Edwards benefactor to The Boot. Some 'guests' have moved on, some remaining homeless, but others having been helped are now in independent accommodation either working or looking for work. This is the continued story of The Boot, it's staff and 'guests.'

It is not necessary to read The Boot beforehand but it may help to understand some of what is happening now and in its future.
