I wrote that late this morning/early afternoon, Sir. i've been on my Xanax for the past two days.

hang in renee .. you can do this.  i know what it's like to find sanity in a pill ... Michael strength keeps me from needing more.. hugs..

well done Renee. we all need a little help sometimes. it is strong person to 1, recognize it and 2 to take action about it. keep going, sometimes it's day by day but it can be just taking it moment by moment. you are not alone

i'm trying, tim, i really am. We even went for a drive yesterday to get away from everything and keep my mind off things, but when we got home, it was still there...waiting. (Though the drive wasn't a total wash, we went to a nature preserve and despite there being NO animals where we could see them Hubby did find me some new hats and when i couldn't pick one, He bought all three!)

i have no doubt you're trying hunny.  we can always try, but we need to be both easy and tough on ourselves and well.. the drive was D was nice!! and so was him buying all the hats. He's special... i know you know, but i like to tell you xoxo

He definitely is, i won the Hubby lottery with Him. It's so hard to find the kind of hats i like, so when He found three of them, ALL in Pink Camo, He just bought em all. Right now, He is building a walkway to scare the kiddies on Halloween (after building me displays for GRL).

Hang in renee. The pill is only temporary. You have to find strength and courage from within. Trust me, I get it. xo

Thank you, jp. i definitely need to find better ways to cope when my emotions get the best from me. Sometimes i think that maybe i'm not all that strong. xoxo

more than just one believes this about you. and if you have to hang in, hang 10 and go surfing   (not making light of the situation, just a little funny to try and make you smile)
