This story is another outstanding volume in the Booneiverse!! We enter this adventure here on earth and rapidly move to Engris to expand the resources of the business and begin the next adventure.  As things progress we find the guys maneuvering about new races and power users alike. We will meet new friends and enemy's and other unique beings. Gerons writing paints masterpieces with words. The art is divine, addictive, compelling and makes one think!!  This is a must read to bring more amazing possibilities to this wonderful world Geron has brought to us. Very well done Geron and looking forward to more!!!

Response from the author:

If you're a fan of the Charlie Boone series, then this one is a can't-miss. Another rousing adventure with familiar faces, new races, new friends...and new enemies. And, as always, a very satisfying conclusion. Geron is one of the best writers on this site. He never misses.

Response from the author:

That's a very kind review, and thank you.

There are a lot of very good writers here, and don't forget yourself! :)

Geron has once again delivered a wonderful and adventurous and intriguing tale.  The new friends they have made -- especially Rorna, Baradee, and Minerva -- and perhaps Elias the Younger -- are fascinating and discerning all at the same time, but in such a way that the story is greatly enhanced.
This is well worth reading if you have any imagination at all.  A few things in the story reminded me of Geron's excellent Doorways series here on GA, and of his excelling story, The Case of the Short, Short Prince.  The writing by Geron Kees seems to keep getting better and better, and it was always good.

Response from the author:

Thanks for the nice review. I do love this series, and enjoy going off on adventures with the guys. If my own teen years had been more like this, I'd be vacationing on Engris even now! :)
