For 600 years...the fates have waited.

Carefully selecting a proper candidate to award with their greatest gift. The potentially limitless power...of the vampir mimic. It has been whispered about and analyzed for centuries, creating a mythology that most vampires will never fully understand. It has been fortold in many prophecies, that this mimic has the ability to guide their kind into the nexus of all understanding...the Vampire Dawn. The Holy Grail of their existence. And this responsibility has been handed down...to a single boy of 14. A boy in love.

However....

Not ALL vampires believe in the interpretation of this prophecy. Some believe that this new mimic will appear as an angel of darkness, destroying everything that it touches. If he is allowed to become too strong, he will slaughter his way through the highest order. Then...even their best assassins won't be able to stop him. Such power was not meant for one person to have. The very concept of it paves the way towards insanity...just as it did for the last young man who attempted to control it all on his own. To place such abilties in the hands of one boy...is more dangerous than you can imagine. Especially one who's past is full of so much pain and regret. Suffering and agony. Fear and hatred. A tortured soul is NO place for a gift of this magnitude. How will this power be used...when his demons come back to haunt him? One can only shut them out for so long.

The time is rapidly approaching. The whispers are becoming deafening. And soon, the elders will have to make a choice that will either deny them their future...or doom their kind to destruction. The mimic is growing at an alarming rate...pray he is able to hold on to his humanity long enough for a decision to be made.

He will either be worshipped as a hero...or he will be destroyed.

There is no other way...

The wait is over. This weekend...begin your journey back into darnkess. They say that the prophecy is never wrong. Let us hope that is not true.
