I wanted to wish you all a very Happy Holidays! This is the legendary card I made this year

Aside from that, I received an email today and it made me smile... I have been having a really fun, educational, exciting, emotional time writing my first story, and I wanted to say thanks to all my guys who help and motivate me, and to my partner in crime... my sweetie, thanks for holding my hand while I second guess myself ALL the time...

So here is a part of the email...

My friend,

 

It was my first time on nifty.org. My friend had mentioned it to me as a fantastic place to read one's creative creations. The first story that I clicked on in the "highschool gay" section was yours. The story "From Behind Those Eyes". The first sentence had me hooked. The immense description of the dance and of the boy "Jess" sent chills up my spine. This story was not JUST some soppy love story. It was an emotional roller coaster of amazing writing!

 

I ask that you write more "From Behind Those Eyes" because they are brilliant. Honestly, you need to get the story published. It made me cry, numerous times. A story that can do that; raunch out the inner fantasies or emotions of a trouble youth; deserves to be published. PLEASE write some more of these heart melting stories, or I will start a petition.

So for all of you that have helped or encouraged me... I wanted to share this with you because I honestly believe that this reader wouldn't have these feelings about my story if it weren't for all of your help.
