I find myself viewing and reading onsite with my tablet much more often with my tablet vs my desktop over the past five years.

:yes: Same, although I shouldn't be. I don't even own a tablet. I bought my first smartphone a year and a half ago. My phone prior to that was 'fancy' because I could text from it lol 🐲

Oh, so you’re that one person. Interesting… how do you like your phone?

I don’t own a tablet. I tried it years ago but I either use my phone or my laptop. I’d be interested to know what age ranges use which devices. I know it’s not a stat that GA can provide, but it would be curious. For some reason, I thought it would be 55+ but according to the stats, that would not be accurate lol

I love my phone. I think the coolest part for me is the ability to take pictures and send them to people using the phone, either through messenger or email. It's nice to be able to look at my emails on the phone too.

I'd also be interested to know the age ranges and who uses which devices. But the stats for ages are 'what are claimed by members'. I think the actual ages of members would show a much different skew in the range

I mainly use my tablet, but if I'm out I use my phone.

Ohhh, drama.

I’m tempted to lie about my age. As it stands, I’m currently at the low end of an age bracket that makes me feel old. If I fudge it, can can regain my youth.

It's not hard to understand that the youngest and the oldest members would make up a smaller piece of the chart. But overall, there's a good spread among the rest of the age groups. Seems like an author wouldn't have too hard of a time finding their age demographic to write for.

I divide my time between my PC and my iPad in turn to access GA, sometimes this and sometimes that, and I'm just a little over two months away from being sixty-three years old. I've just earned the rare badge of being on-site 365 days in a row, but before badges I was here consistently regardless using one thing or the other. :thumbup:

Whoever came up with tracking the number of days people log onto sites and apps was a marketing genius. I also just earned the 365 day GA badge. 🌟 I'm also still twitching about losing my Wordle streak while on vacation :angry: Although I'll be damned if I lose my 708 day and going strong Duolingo streak. That sucker will break on my deathbed. :unsure:
