I noticed beside my posts under my nick theres a "Warn" that's at 0%. What is this? I looked in the help but I couldn't find it...

The warn thingy is a way for the admins to smack you when you aren't playingnicely with others. Accounts are automatically banned when they reach 100% on the warning.

 

Only you can see your own warning level. (other then admins and moderators, that is)
