Sage Kelly Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 And this is a stretch - but there is one other woman who could also possibly be put into play... Milo's mom IS alive... I was just thinking that Trebs, it would be sweet if Milo's mom came in and saved the day, but I don't think that will happen, she has been pretty much absent in his life, and in earlier chapters he did say that the only contact that he has from her is a box every once of pictures that she has taken, she doesn't sound like the motherly type right now in her life.
Trebs Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 No - but countered with "Dad is making my life a living hell and he wants to ship me 1K miles away" - who knows... Look at Nelson's mom when her maternal instinct got a nudge. 2
bodgy Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 (edited) They all move in with Emily Now when I went to work this morning chapter 20 was up and read. I've now returned home this evening and chapter 21 is nowhere to be seen. What gives?????????? Edited March 4, 2010 by bodgy 1
split001 Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Hmm...convert to team MNITE here. I'm literally on the edge of my seat (well, bed) waiting for the next installment. I'm with those that are thinking Nelson's mom has something up her sleeve. Kind of <3 her. Still want Brandon to find someone though, lol. 1
mutt Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 So this has nothing to do with chapter 20, but I feel it must be said. Does anyone besides me want to turn Joe's face into an "Assface?" I dislike him a hell of a lot more than Jame, and that was before I found out about Jame's home life. 1
Nephylim Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 I thnk Milo should run away... or be kidnapped... possibly by Nelson... at least chained to a bed somewhere (okay well... you know me ) but in any event taken away from his father. There's nothing like losing something (temporarily of course) to make you realise how much you truly value it. What his dad needs is a real wake up call to make him realise that having a son is far more important than having the kind of son you want. 2

I'm on the edge of my seat with anticipation. Someone else brought up the idea of an atypical ending where he doesn't get the guy. I'm wondering about that possibility too, but it seems unlike Dom to do that. 1
Benji Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 (edited) So this has nothing to do with chapter 20, but I feel it must be said. Does anyone besides me want to turn Joe's face into an "Assface?" I dislike him a hell of a lot more than Jame, and that was before I found out about Jame's home life. I'm very surprised at Jerry's restraint, Jamie called Haily a bitch and a slut in front of him. "He hadn't gotten far before Haily narrowed her eyes on Jerry. "Just because you're not supposed to hit Milo (I think she meant Jamie or him) doesn't mean you can't hit him." Jamie - "What do you think his dad will have to do now to fix it?" Yep, Jamie knows more then he is saying but it sure sounds like Milo is headed for one of those ex-gay camps. Mr. Trust has sure stirred things up, he has alienated himself from his son, girlfriend, ex-wife and I wonder what Juanita will have to say about the turn of events? Edited March 4, 2010 by Benji 1
Ara Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 It cant be a sad ending if pinned all my hopes on happy times. heres hoping for a and they both lived happily ever after and had lots of quality time together 1
lennyO Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010  All these problems, are just Dom's way of keeping us on the edge. We are all letting our imaginations go all over the place. It is driving me crazy waiting for the next chapter, as it seems to be for a lot of us. I get a headache trying to think of all the ways this story could go..........oh Dom what have you done to us???????????
DavyReader Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 That very well could be what happens. I'm on the edge of my seat with anticipation. Someone else brought up the idea of an atypical ending where he doesn't get the guy. I'm wondering about that possibility too, but it seems unlike Dom to do that. Just not go could be an option too, and Milo might be weighing it: Milo was silent for a moment.
Benji Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Couldn't Haily have meant "Just because you're not supposed to hit Milo doesn't mean you can't hit Jamie"? ............ Absolutely, my bad! I had forgotten Jerry hit Milo.
Drewbie Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Soon Milo should get away from the dad or get emancipated or somehow his mom can sway mr trust, he just care about his image and jame is about the same, doesn't care what milo wants..
Site Moderator TalonRider Posted March 6, 2010 Site Moderator Posted March 6, 2010 I have to wonder where Mr. Trust is planning to send Milo.
Linxe Termoil Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Probably a private school, seeing as Milo is still in school. Sure, he's going to a private school (stratford), and from what I'm gathering, 5 mos until Milo turns 18 (and graduates) So, I'm assuming it's a private school that Mr. Trust most likely went too or something like that. Just a thought, Linxe
Drewbie Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 and will emily try to talk to mr trust. I hope to see nelson's more yell at mr trust (a)

I hope to see nelson's more yell at mr trust (a) I'm not assuming that Mr. Trust sent Milo to an out of state boarding school...more probably to live with his mother, for additional child support, and public school there, but, Mr. Trust--being the angry, dumb-shit, that he is with money, bought a first-class ticket. Which ticket, as we know, is worth much more than a coach round-trip. Milo gets to the gate, and exchanges the ticket for a roundtrip ticket back the next on the next flight after his scheduled arrival. When he arrives back at the hometown airport, he'll call Nelson or his mom for a pickup and just live with them. With him 'missing' his dad will search the town he sent him to, not locally, and accuse Milo's mother of 'losing' him...etc., etc... He may well try to talk to the Nelsons some more, accusing them of influencing his son, but I doubt that he'll be able to make anything stick once Milo goes 'missing' at his 'destination'. The problem with running away is that Mr Trust could simply call the police, and I can't imagine Milo going into hiding.
NaperVic Posted March 7, 2010 Posted March 7, 2010 I'm not assuming that Mr. Trust sent Milo to an out of state boarding school...more probably to live with his mother, for additional child support, and public school there, but, Mr. Trust--being the angry, dumb-shit, that he is with money, bought a first-class ticket. Public school and sending Milo to his biological mother puts Milo even further under less control of Mr. Trust to which I think would be the last thing he wants to do. While it's possible that Mr. Trust sent Milo to his biological mother, I doubt it would include financial hardship reasons (like child support assistance). More than likely its some sort of boarding/military school, where Mr. Trust can have a little more control or know that Milo will be 'under control' least in Mr. Trust's mind.
Blade Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 Cant wait for the next chapter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
