Writing Comments in the Comment Box

Hey, Myr.

 

I have a question about the comment box (if that's what it's called). I haven't found this question anywhere, so hopefully I'm the only one having this issue.

 

Every time I click on the comment box to write a comment for a review, or a forum post (ha, it just came up now!), I keep getting this extremely annoying bar that comes up. It says: 'Enter your text; hold ctl and right click for more options.' This comes up every single time I'm typing, no matter where I am in the comment box. It's so very annoying, and frequently it comes up right over the words I'm typing!         

 

Is there any way to get rid of this?

If it's an accessibility feature you should be able to turn it off in settings @Lisa.

That is what they call a tooltip and it happens when you hover the mouse over the text editor.  The easy solution is to not leave your mouse where you are typing.  To be honest, I never even noticed it come up before.
