I only see mine every three weeks or so, myself. She's said I can get in touch if there's an emergency, though. :)

that's good. i went weekly, wow for nearly a year i guess.  after something triggered a very major depression and other not good things. it was bad. but i was lucky to have the option.  but toward the end of last year, he said i'm bored with you now.. LOL  so every two weeks and now we are at once a month, but with check in emails.   it's good.

I went to art therapy group for three years, with individual treatment every other week or so at the same clinic. They were connected, so when art therapy ended so did my visits with that particular shrink. Now I go to a psychiatrist who specialises in bipolar disorder.

...I feel like I've said all this before.

bardolater Audio pronunciation

noun | bar-DAH-luh-ter

Definition

:
a person who idolizes Shakespeare

George Bernard Shaw once described a William Shakespeare play as "stagy trash." Another time, Shaw said he'd like to dig Shakespeare from the grave and throw stones at him. Shaw could be equally scathing toward Shakespeare's adoring fans. He called them "foolish Bardolaters," wrote of "Bardolatrous" ignoramuses, and called blind Shakespeare worship "Bardolatry." Oddly enough, Shaw didn't despise Shakespeare or his work (on the contrary, he was, by his own admission, an admirer), but he disdained those who placed the man beyond reproach. The word bardolater, which Shaw coined by blending Shakespeare's epithet—"the Bard"—with an affix that calls to mind idolater, has stuck with us to this day, though it has lost some of its original critical sting.

This is the greatest word I have ever seen. Defenestration has been demoted on my list of favourite words. Bardolater now wins.

I have goldfish memory, lol! Can never remember what I've told whom. Ask boyfriend, he'll tell you I've told him the same story like ten times. 😅

It's true. As it turns out, goldfish have much longer memories than previously thought, so they're way ahead of me in the memory department.

Morning, DiC! Hope most of you are still sleeping soundly, lol! Rain’s gone and it’s sunny again, temperatures aren’t dropping until later. I’ve got a shrink appointment in a bit, and D&D tonight. :) Hope you all have a great day!

Lol I was on the road to work when you posted this. From the looks of things, a goodly portion of us were up and about.

Last nights snow did not add up to a hill of beans. Third time in a row they were way off the mark ( yeah, no surprise there!)

They are gonna predict a big one and peeps are gonna ignore em cause they are wrong so often. Then if they are right, there will be hell to pay when no one is ready.

I get up as early as you, I feel sick and exhausted and am good for absolutely nothing, no matter when I got to sleep. I do not function well before 10am, lol

It's always dangerous to not heed some extreme weather warning, even when it turns out to be false. Late last year, my country's meteorological centre issued a number of tsunami warnings, and they turned out to be very big waves (not an actual tsunami). However, when they issued another tsunami warning yet nobody actually listened, the predicted tsunami actually striked. Lots of casualties, very scary.

That’s awful.
