I went to art therapy group for three years, with individual treatment every other week or so at the same clinic. They were connected, so when art therapy ended so did my visits with that particular shrink. I get up as early as you, I feel sick and exhausted and am good for absolutely nothing, no matter when I got to sleep. Late last year, my country's meteorological centre issued a number of tsunami warnings, and they turned out to be very big waves (not an actual tsunami). However, when they issued another tsunami warning yet nobody actually listened, the predicted tsunami actually striked.
