I've got a new phone, and I didn't have to go anywhere or do anything. My son handled everything, and I have a water resistant LG with a huge screen, a way better camera (48 mp), and a better plan... I save about forty bucks a month for unlimited talk and text and even more data and features. He's delivering it tonight or tomorrow.
