Speaking about neighborhood the loud and unrespectful upstairs neighbors are set to move out in a few months, mid summer at the latest! Plus a friend from college is looking for an apartment and could be interested

MEAT!  the one a like best from this place has tomato sauce, sour cream, chicken and lardons. 

I also like merguez or chorizo to spice things up a bit with ham. Some places also put an egg on top. Depends of the place and their menu, but as long as there's meat I'm happy.

Why the question? You planning to make me a pizza Pagey?

I checked out the menus for both.  I liked the menu from Crazy Pizza Time, because of all the pictures.  I think I would probably like the Country, but hold the egg.  My only question is why would would someone want potatoes on a pizza?  Not yucky, but a lot of starch.😲

There's a right way to do it, and that's by roasting thinly sliced potatoes in a wood-fired oven. At The Filling Station Microbrewery, they sometimes serve a pizza called the Ross-shire, which has garlic oil, herbs, sauteed leeks, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, bacon, and the roasted potato slices. It's one of my favorites, but it's very light on starch and big on flavor.

That does sound better, much better.  Unfortunately for me, although Thais love pizza, they don't know how to make a great pizza.

Pizza Hut is everywhere, but not so many Domino's.  Domino's is only in Bangkok and Pattaya.  The problem with both is that the crusts are super thick and doughy, they use Japanese cheese, sauces have too much sugar and some of the ingredients are not appetising. (hot dogs, fake crab sticks, squid, and white fish)  Some have regular ingredients, but still doughy. 🤨
