If you make them yourself they are very good at cleaning up the leftovers in your fridge. 

I had small pita bread so made a few different flavours and managed to use a good deal of the scraps I had left. Tasty and economical

Mostly the country is divided in two: Easter part speaks Dutch and the western part French. Some people are very stubborn about this. Like if a belgian speaking French goes to the part speaking Dutch and don't make the effort to speak Dutch people will only answer them in Dutch
