Nope. I get the occasional pimple but it's one of the joy of PMS and PCOS or like during examens weeks when I'm overly stressed and tired  Otherwise my face is as perfect as a baby bottom

I'm not big on makeup/beauty products but having an oily skin I take care of my face. I used a coffee ground soap regularly in addition to washing my face with soap every nights before bed to prevent black heads and pimples. I make both soaps. They're 5 to 8% superfat with organic oils (coco, olive and jojoba).
