So from our talks yesterday, I think I crafted a fair and balanced agreement between myself and @spike382  

Peace Agreement Between The Empire and The Resistance

• Surrender - The resistance leader, Spike382, and his followers hereby surrender to the Texan Empire.
• Amnesty - The former rebels are hereby granted amnesty.
• Stud Tax - The stud tax is hereby abolished. In its place, the former rebel leader must give the God-Emperor two of his most handsome studs each year; one on his birthday and the other on Christmas.
• Title - The title of God-Emperor shall be changed to God-and-Emperor for Drew Espinosa, and Emperor/Empress for his subsequent successors. 
• Autonomy - The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex will be granted limited autonomy.
• Miscellaneous -  A new Imperial Palace, dubbed the Rainbow Palace, shall be built. A botanical garden shall be created to honor both Imperial and Resistance forces.

This is semi-reasonable.  Except without free and fair elections this still won’t work.  Plus you’re still calling yourself a god, which like pretty horrific.

• Elections - The Empire hereby guarantees that all elections are and will continue to be free and fair.
• Referendum - A non-binding referendum will be held in 2024 to determine whether or not Texas will become a republic.
• Autonomy - The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex will be granted limited autonomy.
• Miscellaneous -  A new Imperial Palace, dubbed the Rainbow Palace, shall be built. A botanical garden shall be created to honor both Imperial and Resistance forces.
