It is.  I went for an evening tuk-tuk ride around the moat for two hours with friends. I swear I got at least 50 bathtubs of water dumped on me.  It was an open roofed tuk-tuk and Yoha, our driver wove in and out of the three lanes to make sure we hit all the wettest spots.  The worst were the barrels filled with ice cold water.  It did keep us feeling cooler than the 40 C temp yesterday.  I left dry clothes at Orion's and was able to get dry and share stories with my friends of the trip.  I have never laught so much before. No pictures, cause nothing electronic would survive the trip, but I took this picture earlier in the day from my car not far from my condo.

Fine I'll do it myself. Your cousin should be in front of the Amiens townhouse tomorrow between 10am and 4pm (being conscious of the risk of strikes in transportation I can be flexible) that way being married will guarantee me a spot for the Master in a Amiens

No need for formal dress wear and we can ask a passerby to be his witness

I definitely should visit Thailand during Songkran, it sounds so fun!
