And why I had to spend a stupid amount of money replacing my tile roof with a new tin one

Thats the problem with getting older.  We don't bounce as well as we used to, so some things take up two and three punches!

Good idea  My cousin fell off a roof several years ago onto a concrete driveway.  He shattered both arms and a bunch of other bones.  I can't remember all his injuries anymore.  He was lucky to have survived.
