Listing them like that and remembering others like it just makes me laugh and at the same angry that straight people take marriage, and divorce for that matter, for granted.
After reading Graeme's topic on the England cricketer Steven Davies coming out I stumbled across an article on a football (soccer) player that has recently come out.
Although not as high profile (being in a lower league in Sweden) it still shows progress
The comments from members of the public though...made my blood boil.

I am very pleased for him and I am also pleased with all of the rest of the England cricket teams' reaction. Strauss and co showing support to Steve Davies will set a good example to all
I voted maybe. Whilst it is probably leaning more towards no maybe rather than yes maybe, id give it some serious thought instead of making a snap judgement.
In any case I would have to be in an exclusive relationship and it wouldnt be something I'd walk into lightly.
If I loved the person enough and we were in an exclusive relationship then maybe. Then again as some have already pointed out, you could just skip the penetration part and still have a healthy sex life.
To be honest I couldn't care less if they decided to be out or not. If they want to come out, good for them, if not then it's their life. It wont stop me from sleeping at night.
That is my Halls of Residence from this winter! This is taking over looking the quad. My block is actually the one nearest to that path on the left, you can just about make out the red door
No stalking now There is security 24 hours
And what it looks like in summer
Believe it all not Trev we do actually have sunny days in England. (Not a cloud in the sky today )
Thanks
Trust you to look that closely Vic
Thanks Cia! Actually that picture was just taken using my laptop webcam
Today was sunny enough for sunglasses! So this is what I look like with my shades on
I didnt have my camera with me so I've had to post a pic from my room hehe
Grey
As I look up at the sky I see only grey, the dull colour of misery staring at me in the face.
It can have many shades; however it’s still the colour of misery,
Or is it only my misery that is reflected in those clouds?
Is grey the colour of blindness?
As those around me look at me with not a clue.
Can blindness even have a colour?
I look at bright colours with apprehension, why do I do this?
Maybe it represents the expression I so fear.
