  1. While I definitely agree with your reasoning, I do feel compelled to warn that you shouldn't pull your eye lids down (or rub your eyes), since the skin there is extremely thin and very prone to loosing it's elasticity. In other words do it too much and you'll get bags under your eyes when you're older LOL, if you're cool with that or willing to take the risk though, then go for it! Take care all and have an awesome day Kevin
  2. Well I know number 2 is true, because you've mentioned it elsewhere before. I think that while number 3 is probably much more likely true than number one, that you've put it there to throw us off since your car enthusiasm is well known. Thus I'm going to conclude that number 1 IS true (and advise you to rectify that by attending the next large concert in your area ), and that number 3 is in fact FALSE. Kevin
  3. *Gasp* At first I read this as "Within 500 yards of each other!"
  4. Air head Leather or Silk
  5. Of course it is. I often cure it with red, black, or brown dye. On the other hand I often self-induce it too. The person below me is thirsty!
  6. LOL, well in that case I "officially" change the rules to allow for the option of doing "Quick Edits" but continue the ban on "full edits" Hmmm, so the story:
  7. So I did get that new job selling life insurance. I've also quit my other job, and for the next couple of weeks at least (and quite possibly for the forseeable future) my schedule will be extremely hectic and I probably won't be around for more than a half hour (maybe 45 min) a day (possibly in the morning before 8, or more likely in the evening after 11). Eventually I will have some semi-regular time off, but it likely won't be for the first week or so, and even after that there's every chance that I won't have enough free time to be on very much anymore I guess I'll just have to see how it goes. Anyway, if anyone's curious I do like the new job. I think the change is going to be good for me, and I'm excited about seeing where it goes! Also, I'm quite pleased because I managed to accomplish one of my major short-term goals there and subtly/naturally in the flow of conversation come out to my sales manager and co-trainee. It went fine btw. Anyway, I know there's still like a whole office full of co-workers left, but really these are the only two I've had the natural opportunity to do it with, so I'm pleased that I did (LOL, and if I'm lucky they'll gossip). No more closets for this gay boi! Take care all and have a great day Kevin
  8. No, neither the confused girl's fiance' or female love interest work there. Hmm, never saw that
  9. WOW! Thank you SO MUCH for telling me about this, Adrian! I loved this song, and now I really really wanna see this musical! Did they ever make it into a movie or anything by chance? OMG! That was so fun! Until very recently this was my current favourite song! My new favourite song is possibly "Animal I have become" by Three Days Grace. I've also been listening to "Closing Time" by Semisonice a lot lately. My favourite lyrics are: "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end" Other songs/lyrics which are standby favourites of mine are: "Folk Singer Song" by Brendan Benson: "It was fun while it lasted and then it was blasted Right out of the water and into fantastic!" ...(later in the song) "No matter how much you take from each song that I make I'm not fragile. I don't break" From "Buy Buy Buy" by The Barenaked Ladies: "He's like a movie star without movies" And "Vaguely Celtic music fills the air" -Kevin
  10. I've always loved this song! WOW! I'd never head of this song before, it's really beautiful, especially when you do think about it in the context of a gay relationship. I really like this song! I think I prefer the remade version by No Doubt though. oh my gosh! That's SUCH an intense song.
  11. Thanks for the song reference, I just checked it out and like it I'd agree with that. It's all a matter of just what you can compromise and what's nonnegotiable. These things vary from person to person.
  12. Yes, I do. The person below me is going to refer Bard for eye glasses
  13. Challenge authority Spring or Hop.
  14. LOL, this is true. Personally I feel like I've been on a vacation of sorts for over a year now Actually though if I remember correctly Tony and Jake are supposed to be on a VERY extended vacation. Aren't they like touring Europe or something for like the whole summer (or longer)? I know Owen and Aiden were still together when they left. Hmm, I think Vic definitely has a point, but I mostly agree with Nick. I mean I think that supposedly if Tony had been there he'd have made sure that Owen and Aiden talked things out by now, but as far as "grounding" someone, I personally think it's Chris that is benefited/effected/whatever most by this particular plot device. I mean with Tony around I have a feeling Chris and Lacy's relationship either wouldn't have started at all or would be further along now. Just my thoughts, Kevin

    we're having a baby!

WOOO HOOOO!!! Lots and lots of good news!! Congrats! I hope everything keeps going so well -Kevin
  17. I loved that second one, Thirdeye, it's so adorable! Is that your boyfriend? Great pic, Jamie, it is a really good one! And you look really sweet in it Like trustworthy and stuff. I LOVE your hair colour, Clumber! LOL, I've had my hair that colour before actually, but obviously it came from a bottle Robbie, quit complaining! That last pic of you with the shaggy hair was really cute! Don't worry Adrian, I like the candid shots! It looks like you've got really cool friends too! And I think you and your first BFF would make a cute couple if it ever happened to work out. LOL, why would you pick a fight with Morgan, Gary? He's too cute to fight with . I agree with you about Coley though, that is a really great pic!! LOL, and I love your Santa hat! It certainly does sound like a job with perks Great pics all around, folks -Kevin
  18. Well I'll have a go too!
  19. LOL, for the record I had guessed all three of these correctly. I'm thinking number 1 is the lie! I bet you wrote your first story at some other fairly young age. I may be being ethnocentric here, but I ruled out #2 and #3 because, in my area of the US anyway, it would be pretty much impossible for someone 17 to have managed to avoid doing #2 and #3 (unless he/she were home schooled perhaps). They pretty much force everyone to participate in quizes and sporting events occasionally, and by the same token they often just hand out little trinkets to everyone. Take care all and have a great day! Kevin
  20. Citizens may not publicly remove bandages. I gotta say, I'm fully behind this one! It's a pity they don't enact it in the US as well. Wooden logs may not be painted. That's ashame , I was already imagining a big gay rainbow made of logs floating down the river If you are released from prison, it is required that you are given a handgun with bullets and a horse, so you can ride out of town. Scary! The city is classified as a no-pee zone. Scarier! The color of house and garage doors is regulated by city bylaws (a purple door get you a fine). Wasn't there a very fine children's book about this? I wanna say The Gammage Cup (or something like that). It's illegal to climb trees. That's just sad and stupid! lol, thanks for the info, Bard! -Kevin
  21. Certainly not! I love being me! The person below me is very tired of the rain (seems to be all I keep whinning about on here lately).
  22. Both ideally, I guess if I only got to write or only got to read for the rest of my life I'd have to go with reader. After all there's only so much I can write, and if it's in my head anyway I sorta already have access to it. Knife or Fork?
  23. Very well said, Lucy!! Actually I was about to posit that very same theory...well only the part about Kyle viewing Travis in brotherly terms. Personally my own outlandish theory is that Allan came back into town with the intention of looking after Travis. He found Kyle first, and Kyle insisted on a quick game of hockey before he would reveal Travis' location. Allan took a puck to the head, lost his memory, and wandered from town naked whilst humming a Cher song (because what else would one do without one's memory?), and Kyle - feeling guilty - vowed to assume Allan's intended role. In all seriousness though it seems to me that Kyle just has a case of the "protector syndrom" going. Some people, particularly straight guys, often feel like the only way they can show their affection for someone is to be useful/protective/helpful to that person. I don't think it's particularly uncommon for gay guys to inspire this in straight guys either. I've had more than one straight male friend who proactively went far above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was okay, and with only one possible exception I'm completely positive there was no sexual attraction there. -Kevin
  24. LOL, I've done both! I think it's slightly more embarrasing to continue the wrong game! Music or visual art
