    I'm feeling physically sick. I can't stop reading. Silver will, must survive. Nephy, your dark mind is scary, beautiful but scary, it goes beyond depths I expected. Huge respect for you.

    This was an interesting and quite disturbing chapter. **who is the master** I'm thinking Silver is never gonna go back to his slave-mode, not again. He is now facing his worst fears and that is making him stronger than ever. His worst fear is not to be gaught himself, it is of losing River, him being hurt. He is now fighting for River. Faith is peculiar to me. Cruel beyond imagne with the same background as Silver. Another way of coping?

    I'm trying to give my first impressions after reading and not view other reviews, but Andy just summed it up perfectly. River HAS already crossed the line. He is just fighting against the inevitable. Also, Silver's strong persona that we have started to trully see is not gonna give up on River anymore. Troubles ahead, but I can see past them, I can!

    Is River going to be able to hold the distance when the real Silver starts to emerge? I think it is interesting that this entire story id filled with the most despicaple monsters of human kind, but they don't need to be shown to be present. Such a talent, Neph.

    As much as Silver is healing and finding his untouched soul, River is also in a process of healing. He has to open his scars about Nikki, really face the horrors he must have been going through. And Silver is helping him as much as RIver is there for him. This reminds me in a way the near symbiotic love between Haze an Ace. The way love is supposed to be... making eahcother shine the brightest.

    Do you remember what you said about that modelboy A's eyes? That image has come to haunt me. I see his eyes as Silver's, especially when he acts 'programmed'. I'm so affraid to go to sleep now. Your boys will be in my dreams I'm sure.

    Hurrah for the doctor to doing the right thing! Of course that would never happen in real life... I love you putting these two amazing boys together.

    Nikki's story made me cry inside. I'm feeling that Sliver's story is not gonna turn out any easier. Poor River, all this growing up and moulding him into a caretaker and a warm and loving person to others - but himself. He still secretly must blaim himself as he in a pattern of bad relationships. He doesn't see himself as a worthy of love does he? I can't go to sleep, not now.

    Oh, River carries a secret too. Another scarred soul And his poor friend Nikki... So much sorrow. I'm liking all the characters in this story. The fact, that you haven't presented any bad uys or a thread to the characters is so abnormal to me. Everything scary so far has been in their past and the future seems so much more bright. Even with such a difficult subjects dealt here I feel safe reading this story. It's like River's words calm me down too. Although River's position as Silver's caretaker makes a huge obstacle to overcome.

    I'm so happy to see process with Silver. This is waaaayyyy more psychological than I ever expected. I'm not gonna leave this story until my eyes shut for tonight. I even drunk cofee to stay up late! Love this so much. Silver reminds me of a beautiful butterfly captured in a glass jar. The most amazing thing reading your stories is that they bring me images that I just don't wanna let go. I'm gonna paint this butterfy one too! I might as well bring it to you as a gift in August meet!

    First thing: that was such a powerfull image you build up after River's shower and Silver crushing down on his knees hair spreading around. Wow, really shocking. Second: whaaaaaat is River going to have to be scared of? Is Julia seeing things or 'seeing things'? Really enigmatic chapter!

    I can't inderstand why River's co-workers act so weird about Silver and River. Teasing can be fun, but that goes to the line of being unrespectful for the both boys. Silver is a perfect charater, his past and personality coming to surface from tiny cracks and I think I love River already. I can so identify to him, feel the battle he is facing. Nephylim, you are pure Gold!

    I'm totally in awe of Silver! Such a vision. And all trapped inside of the beautiful shell. River already knows the inside of Silver is going to the ultimate beauty. I think you did an amazing job Nephy, totally! The introduction of our enigma here, done in two parts worked so well! Now I'm just dying to find out everything! **sighs**

    My friend, a big, fat, ugly, no-talent loser, read this stupid, nothing-to-say rambling of a diba-daba and was all ga-ga about it. Can't understand why, but then again she is just freaking idiot and can't see a good story even if it hit her into her big, red nose. Gotta love ya.

    The style of writing in this story was like reading a medieval text, at times hard to follow and needed all my attention, and still I'm not sure if I understood it. Though, I'm sure you use all kinds of tactics to mess with the readers head not to let things reveal too easily. At times your writing was way too beautiful to be true. I love the allegory with the land and the pine. Especially as they are put together.

    He is what he defines himself today. If you speak with him a year from now, he might have a different opinnion. Based on what you told, there is no way that anyone of us can guess if he is gay or not. To me he seems to be in denial or just not that well in touch of his feelings. Why try to label it?
