I absolutely love these travels, or is that travails, with Barnaby!

So very, very true….and the enemy of my enemy is my friend….

The following brought back a memory from the summer I graduated high school…Living out where I do, there are hundreds of miles of dirt roads that used to serve towns and villages taken for watershed protection of the larger reservoir that serves Boston… You could go for hours smoking and enjoying the cheapest beer possible…our smoking material was fairly expensive.. Long story short, we were in a state of bliss when I happened to mention I wanted to go to London…One of our fellow passengers was Bobby Joe, not the brightest bulb in the pack. He said he would drive if I could come up with the gas ….i kid you not… I'm deeply offended. I've been playing since I was twelve. I once made a guy cry at a tournament in Croydon. "Croydon," Gary said thoughtfully adjusting his plastic rimmed glasses. "Is that near Burbank?" "It's in London. Never mind

Oh…I can see it now just how much fun this trip is going to be… Filing through the screen, the Freys spilled into the house, with Rufus immediately racing toward the dog. Preemptive strike — Grandpa Irv couldn’t hug him if Rufus was occupied by the dog. “Sean! Jasmine!” “Jessica…” Sean corrected tiredly. “It’s good to see you, Dad.” “And you brought Marco and Stelios!” Sakis sighed. Yep, he remembered this geezer. Not far from Thanatos, yet still clinging to life.

That which doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger and if at the twentieth time you don’t succeed, try harder!

What a delightful chapter indeed!

Sounds like Frank could use a good colonic….and he certainly doesn’t suffer fools…I suspect he may have a bad case of DSB… I need to find someone like Marc!

So glad to see you back and on the mend! Ira…a 357 magnum up his ass would be a good ending, but I have no strong feelings about how his grisly ending comes… As you noted Percy and the gang make another appearance in your Christmas, New Year’s, MLK Day, Valentines, and St Patrick ’s day holiday extravaganza! I can’t wait…and now to get caught up in Gabriel’s Gambit! Welcome back, you have been missed, and forgiven for those red herrings in Ethan’s underpants…or nether regions?

It will be interesting to see what the notebook reveals…and I find the following to be interesting… Ali cocked his head to one side, his smile turning a bit forced. “What do you think? Some of the students here have more power than even the professors. And the powers that be.” And I have to wonder just what Ali’s game is…

The mirror of dreams will show one more than they want to see and the dangers of using it…someone should stuff Plink’s body down a sewer drain before she has a crack at using the mirror….

Yes please and thanks, the idea for a sequel will come in good time

My, how the tables have turned, their biggest issue will be dealing with the crusader’s army when they finally move out of Antioch….and maintaining his position of authority….

And what an education it is!! lips. "Harry?" Aled whispered into the dark, his voice thick with sleep and wonder. "Yeah, babe?" "I'm really getting educated. I’m of mixed feelings about going back to the farm so soon…what would be poetic justice is some time later, bailing the farm out of serious troubles.

I had mentioned in an earlier comment having the desire to take their original trip backwards…With all the additional travel I’m not so sure now..Sheesh!! Miles and Grant are to be commended for uprooting their trip and their lives, and all for good reasons!

I made the mistake of using the three letter in another comment, you know, the one that begins and ends with a T, with an I for the middle letter and google spanked me! Thank goodness we can use shlorp-nodes!!?

This should be priceless…. Yeah?" "You're not as scary as you think you are. And you are still going to explain to me why you put things into your waste hole… and I want to see your Glorb, it’s only fair!"

As @Parker Owens noted, it would seem from the beginning of this chapter that there is some thawing going on. I suspect that some of this stems from working with Ash, and the quiet way he goes about his work… Then at The Sandtrap, a little ice melt acting as lubricant speeds up the thawing out process. Would not be surprised if there is a frost in the morning. Taggert’s skills at both riding and pool suggests he may have other talents! I kept thinking they would have bumped into someone who knew Taggert….perhaps the next time…

This needs a sequel…

Regardless, no matter how well the actions of Hank’s team go, this won’t be over until Julian Vane is six feet under and pushing up daisies.. The new man pulled up a file. ”I’ve run a few searches. Julian Vane. High-end philanthropist. He runs the 'Angels' Landing' foster home, a small, prestigious private network as a front. He

As a Doctor, I confess that bitchy ex-wife syndrome is completely treatable with either arsenic or cyanide...or a long walk off a short pier....walking in front of a jet engine....

This chapter was priceless….Ashot at his best as well…Daren needs a time out, vacation, and more than a few days of relaxation…Hopefully Wylan spots this and effects the cure😁

If there is a weak link or a turncoat in this pack, it’s Chad…He’s made it very obvious…At a time when the pack needs cohesiveness now more than ever, his actions are at cross purposes….not to mention his little fan club that was standing at the back of the hall…I have to think he sees himself as the Alpha in waiting…he isn’t gonna take being put in his place very well. Chad stopped. He looked down at me, a slow, ugly smirk spreading across his face. “What authority does a human have here?” I didn’t shift my weight. “None.” A few of his sycophants near the bleachers laughed

I stand by my last comment...if not actual castration, slip him some pills....sheesh... *"His reproductive rights,"* the Veth officer corrected. *"We will remove his capacity to produce offspring. It is a standard penalty for violators of protected species statutes. He attempted to interfere with our harvest. He will not be permitted to contribute to his own species' genetic future."* That's not such a bad thing... And let's not discount Hughie. Ten to one he's leaving some crumbs to follow....

This is true, did they take the food or leave it behind???

We once had an incorrigible dog, much like Mickey. Once the dog was neutered, it was like a miracle...well behaved and easy to be around him...what was good for the dog could be good for someone...just sayin.... Not the dreaded flesh-covered probe..... Me reading this chapter...
