How I remember those days, managing two downtown office buildings, then there were winter storms where upper management paid for my hotel room and dinner at Smith and Wollensky or Legal Seafood...
By 5:30AM, the sidewalks were clear, and I truly enjoyed watching all the harried commuters as they came to the buildings...
Methinks the new house is a need sooner than later, and this was a delightful chapter!!
Thank goodness that common sense won out in the end...of the penis, of course...
“Hell no. Nice enough, but I don’t think I want anyone digging a hole in my dick thank you. What about you.”
Jason frowned. “Not really. I’ve known guys go quite overboard, but…” He shrugged. “Doesn’t do much for me, so you’re safe.”

We've always thought there was more to Frank, and yet his 'confession' still shocks...I'm verklempt....
This chapter was like a passionate joyride, running the highs and lows of the beginning stages of a love affair that was meant to be.
Simply well done and thank you, and you nailed it with the following...
And for a while, there was only the chair, the hush, the warmth of skin, and the way two lonely people finally stopped pretending they didn't need each other.
The rest could wait.
Amen, brother.
My biggest complaint is that all the fantastic stories by such great authors just languish unfinished!!
There are story sites out there that won't publish until the story is complete...
I don't say this to disparage any individual author, but there is a responsibility to the reader as well....
And sadly, I have to agree with you
