Started to read the Leopards stories some weeks ago and... am hooked on the sequel. Probably my 1st reaction on the reviews of this story. Thanks Greame I love the story and the setting , being a sportsman... No not your masculin Australian sports type, but just the plain less agressive European lean type of soccer guy. So far I love the story and the sequel for the way you describe the characters. The sports characters are like real competative sportsmen. Though the setting is much different and the drafts system is not like we have in Europe. But all competative guys want to be selected for the main teams of their clubs and will move if they can have a chance to be on the main team of another club. Being gay... and sportsman Yes I can Identify with 'Dad' as I came out after being 30 yo and was a trainer of the best youth teams as well. From my point of view the story line and the characters are good and very realistic. --- I love the way you write about the complexity of being drafted. Being asked for playing with the main clubs. Though the system with soccer is very different in Europe... amateur clubs more or less do the same Australian clubs do. They want sometimes good players from other clubs, and talk with them... to make them feel good and make them interested for a switch. And yes, playing on a bit higher level... for amateur clubs that is the way to pull sometimes good new players in. --- As the main line is about the Leopards.... Hmm in my opinion... Kevin and Geraldine are getting too much in the picture. They are 'distracting' from the Leopards characters and club. If Kevin was a Leopard player, it would have been better. Hey, just my opinion. Kevin and Geraldine, in some of the last 30 years... yes... I have seen team mates doing stuff like that ... but only sometimes when like being very drunk or high... Again , in my opinion, Kevin and Geraldine get too much focus as they are no Leopards.... but yes I can see and realise teammates can do stuff like that. But hey it is your story... The whole of the story line I love !!!! Please post soon new chapters and... have also fun writing them. Love Andy G

Ahhh and OMG how many families can talc about sex like in this chapter. Totally funny ! You made my day ! Please keep writing

RRS I read some time ago. I LOVED it ! And the Jonah and Ren situation is so well done. Love is a battlefield. And sometimes we all can be so blind. It took me and my partner 7 sometimes hearthbreaking years to go there where RRS epilogue ended... Aditus, RRS was beautifull writen. The frame, the backflashes, the talking to Zach... Slowly the complex history of Jonah and Ren comes into view. Lovely done and I do not remember if it was here as a CSR, but once I started reading it it certainly was a CSR story for me. Yes it cost me some hours of sleep hmm.. probably a whole night for CSR. Hmmm, why would there be Ren haters ! It is a story character. Aditus, I guess if you had done it from the Ren pov I guess the Ren haters would probably be Jonah haters... Now back to the 'hatter'. As you suggested already in RRS he has a history and an interesting live. Hmm yes I guess you can use him for another beautifull story.

Chapter 30 ended with a nice cliffhanger. Hmm Brad seems missing. Could it be, - he is on his way to speak with Mike Carmichael and did keep it secret exept for Stef and maybe Buzz. Buzz being dead makes Brad meeting Mike a bit more interesting or scary. It may be a setup from Lizzy. Stef cannot tell Will for he promissed Brad to keep it secret. - he is/was captured by people from Brad's past (like from Milenium and Buzz was involved). So if that is the case probably Lizzy put them on track of Brad. And Buzz and the crew now are conveniently death means less witnesses.

Thanks Mark, Buzz was an intriging character. A sexual very active and dominating guy. Capabel of seducing lots of people for sex. A sort of sexual predator for good looking younger and older guys, though predator may not be the right word. Hmm made me think about Cody in more earlier stories. Nice cliffhanger. hmmm. Sometimes I really need more hours a day than the usual 24 I have. So many stories here to read and... join the bit of fun reacting on them. Did start and like it ... Still have to read this story completely. Thanks for the story and highlighthing it here.

Dear Mark I would love to hear there is /are new chapters coming up like in Black Widow. Mark, from your last messages on Gay Authors I realise you are struggling with personal issues. No I do not want to pry but , may I guess probably your situation is a bit like George in this story ? His and maybe your new situation might be a bit simular. But maybe that is part of how you write ? His with the fleet. Yours on your job. No longer independent/in command of his/your own , and being dependent and realising he/you cannot make decissions completely on his/your own anymore. And suddenly having ranking commanders above him/you who are not all very friendly because of his/your past ? --- Again, it makes me feel you are in that type of situation. If it is, maybe that will help you write new chapters here ? I also realise it will maybe not help for it feels to bad, to painfull yet. Did not read the stories yet but I will and will leave a comment. OMG loved the questions and your answers. I used to go fishing and love to find wild food... when much younger. The best times of my youth. Still my friends say whenever we are in nature or at a stream or a beach. For them it seems I'm always looking for food... May I guess it is the same with you ? Will reed the stories, thanks for writing and your efforts on this site.

Dear Mark Did not realise you had a message here.. So a late reaction. Good to hear you are still alive... ! Whatever new chapters are comming up... take your time till your joy in writing is back for you write very well . Hmmm Just guessing... Did you ran into your main caracter in the Bridgemont series... ran into Granger's kind of trouble ? Hmm I mean the new position Granger is going to have with the fleet where he can not do much right in the eyes of many... and is a possible pawn in conflicts between people ranking higher ? Getting a new position, no longer captain, no longer in control of your own handlings... And under the eyes of everyone to criticise... at random ? Mark it feels like you are in his situation... Take care of yourself. Do things you like and things that will give you energy. Love your partner and kids and tell them how you are feeling. Be honest with them. Hmm... yes even young kids realise people can have bad times and needs hugs and TLC. Cook proper meals ... and invite friends that realise you need them at this moment and make them a nice dinner. Just get back to your roots, the basic guy who lives here under the writers name of Mark Arbour. Enjoy life, enjoy yourself, your family and your friends. OMG. Has everyone this problem ? I buy at least several pairs of the same and only 4 different colors/types to make pairing up more simple and even then I/we have a drawer for lonely sox... until the lost sock is back.

Liked the story, especially the layers in it. The normal world, the hidden (alien extra terrestial) vampire world and the strugle for power that went on in their 'colony'. Certainly waiting for more ...
