And why can't you stay snuggled for just a bit longer.
It's a brightly sunny and crisp autumn day here. The temp was 39/3° when Thistle and I got to the park for our morning walk.
An excellent closing to this phase of the story, someone close to you hinted there might, just might be more. Not to belittle your earlier works as everything you've shared has been remarkable in some way but this story displays your grow and polish as an author. I'm honored to have been amongst your earliest readers and to have shared in your journey. Namasté little brother.
Ohhhh, good choice on the song. I've been a fan of Neil Diamond since the last century ... you remember, back in our youth.
A guy with a name like Aslan belongs on Broadway ... think we could get a group rate on the tickets?
I liked the chapter.
The cool and wet has begun to arrive. Temp and humidity have both dropped in the time I've been up. Record temps yesterday with a potential 30° drop in temp by the end of today.
It is currently 94/34° add the humidity and it feels like 96/35°. This evening there is to be a big parade in the town where I grew up to kick off the annual Farmer's Fair. I do not envy the many kids in the marching bands. Those uniforms are hot.
We're to have potentially record setting heat today then a cold front over night to drop us back to seasonal temps followed by another Friday to take us in to chilly weather.
