(I think he has lots of them, but I'm biased ) Being boozed up isn't the greatest condition to share confessions of love, I agree. (lubed would have put an entirely different spin on your review ) Adam is a sweetheart and very much a gentleman. I just love him. Julie spent some time with the boys, but she likes to do her own thing. Adam was keeping more to the mainstream part of the con with Mikeal and she was diving into costuming panels and probably shopping quite a bit And Julie is sociable enough to make new friends. I'm sure she had some quality time with the boys and I just glossed over that part. But Julie is not going anywhere, promise. I'm delighted to have a fangirl reader!! Stay pervy! I'm glad you found so much to like this chapter Mikeal is definitely a bit innocent when it comes to relationships and I think Adam can sense that and is drawing him in slowly. I think Adam is a little afraid that Mikeal will hide away like he did initially, but I also think Mikeal has finally gotten over most of his shyness and is ready to enjoy having a boyfriend. Mikeal being intoxicated helped him be a bit more open, but a part of him he does believe that he loves Adam at this point. And they both have some things to think about the morning after. I am afraid I couldn't give too much detail about AWA, because I've never been able to go when I lived in Atlanta, though I would have liked to. It sounds like fun. Thank you Daddydavek. The information on AWA might have been a little vague because I have never been, although I was often invited. Mikeal is very much a novice at cons and anime, but has expertise in other areas. (There was no way to write that in a way that didn't sound suggestive ) Adam was much more sober than Mikeal when Mikeal made his statement, and you are right, he didn't take Mikeal's declaration too seriously. Mikeal, however, is a different matter entirely. Thank you so much for reviewing!

Well, this is an interesting chapter. I found Danny confessing his encounter with Cayden to his comatose husband in hopes of getting reaction to be heartbreaking. What I found really interesting was the argument that you portrayed between Danny and Brian. I honestly had a hard time with Brian's reaction to Danny flirting with another man. If I drug an introverted date to a party and brazenly flirted with women and men the entire time and saw my date opening up to another guy, I doubt I would be justified in hauling my date home and arguing about why it is okay for me to flirt and not him. Just doesn't seem fair to me. (Brian's language also hints a tad past possessive). Of course, all relationships are different. So yeah, I don't understand it, however, it does make Danny's hesitance with Cayden make a whole hell of a lot more sense. But I'm hopeful for the two of them. I'm glad Danny found someone to lean on and doesn't have to struggle with his heartbreak alone. Well done, looking forward to the next update.

CHAPTER FOUR: AWA Mikeal woke up in the morning, warm underneath the sheets. Adam was lying next to him, reading a textbook and making marks with a highlighter. Lisa motioned this is her review of Chapter 1: I'm also very curious about this accident that happened eight months ago. First I thought that maybe it was Brian that was hurt and Danny took care of him, but then it was mentioned that Brian sings and changes lyrics for Danny and that didn't sound like someone who was hurt in an accident. Unless it was his mental capabilities... I was thinking the same thing! I was thinking that the things that Brian did were maybe things that he did in the past and that Brian was in the accident. But this excerpt from the next chapter seems to paint a very different picture!

Off to a great start. I like Danny and how he floundered through that first conversation with Cayden and Cayden's friendly openness. I especially liked how Cayden was described through Danny's eyes. I have a few questions about what is going to happen next and can't wait until the next chapter to see if they pan out!

And a fast mover, it seems While I understand what Tate means by not wanting to "label" himself (sounds like he's bisexual to me) I can also kind of understand where Gavin is coming from too. Needing Tate to confirm his sexuality makes Gavin appear a little insecure and I wonder if he had a bad experience with someone who was ambiguous with their sexuality before. Mikeal can be a tad bit jealous, yes. But the sister bit sure deflated him. Glad you liked the make up scene. Maybe I should make Mikeal jealous again? I actually have Adam smoking cloves, which were popular when I was college, but when I was looking around last night, I found out that they are illegal in many places now But they tend to have a sweeter smell and taste than traditional cigarettes, although they are probably just as bad for you. I bought a new tree last year and I usually put it up around Thanksgiving weekend, since it's a long weekend for me and I have the time. It usually comes down around New Years, even though I don't stick to an exact date. It's just me at my house, so I can leave it up as long as I like, and take it down when I get tired of it

Writing…no. Usually because I know what is going to happen. I have read scenes that made me so tense I had to get up and take a little walk around the room though.

Strangely, this type of topic came up when I was talking to one of my coworkers the other day. She noted that she didn't think it was possible for two men to have sex unless they were gay. When I asked about them being bisexual, her eventual answer was that she didn't think bisexuality exists. My mother thinks that sexuality is something you are born with, either gay or straight, but the one time I saw her react to a bisexual person it was with great disgust and contempt. So what I am seeing a lot of, is that is it more acceptable to be gay or straight than it is to be bisexual.

Looks promising. A couple of typos here and there, but it didn't distract much from the story at all. Looking forward to reading more!

Chapter Three is up. Reviews and comments are welcome. I only got 3 reviews on the last chapter so I'm not sure whether people like this one or not.

CHAPTER THREE: AVOIDANCE Avoiding Adam until Mikeal got his feelings figured out was the plan. But it was hard to stay away from Adam. Mikeal also tried to avoid Julie, because he didn't want to have to answer the questions she was sure to have about his new relationship. Adam called several times but Mikeal was too afraid to answer. Because then Adam would ask to see him and Mikeal knew he would be too weak to resist. And he still wasn't sure about how he felt. B

I stopped participating in NaNoWriMo for similar reasons. I edit and revise as I go, so sitting down and spitting out a large quantity of words without going back over it just doesn't work for me. I think NaNo might work well for infrequent writers, but for people who are constantly writing, I think they develop work habits that don't mesh well with the concept of NaNo.

There hasn't been an activity on here in a long time, I'm hoping that is a good sign.
