This is a dramatic, sad situation for everybody. The poor woman having her boys not recognize her on top of everything else that's happened has to have been awful for her. At least she knows they're in good hands. Changes are going to happen all over the place and it'll be a big experience for all. I expect a few bumps in the road, but worth it in the end. Me? I'm happy to see another one of your stories. Totally selfish!

I do like this story, even more now than before. I don't like Amy, and it's easy to see why Scoot wants to be locked up, -only I still can't understand why he doesn't just tell her so. That'd be better than living in a cage. He's acting like a little boy. Don needs to be a real father and tell his son to get out of that cage and grow up.

Zane messed up and lost control. It's an easy enough thing to do when life and in this case his parents, offer no support. I don't just blame the father. His mom lets the asshole get away with his abuse and that puts the blame on her too. All that said, there's no excuse for Zane's outburst. He messed up big time. -
Poor Don. He told Sharon what he could, but how do you explain a son's weirdness to his mother and now he's going to do the same to his son's girlfriend. It's beyond the call of duty. I'd make Scoot do his own explaining. Don is more indulgent than I am.

I'm like Don in that I don't get the cage thing. I don't like seeing a parrot in a cage. I'll never understand any appeal it'd have for a person. So no, I don't understand Scoot at all. I do like Julie more though. She's quite a logical, realistic person. She seems to understand LA very well and makes it work for her.

Scoot is found, and at this Julie's house! This is a surprise, seeing that she'd been aiming Don toward Peru. She must've been an actress before she became a producer, -and a good actress at that.

This event at the lake is not at all over, is it? I suppose that along with this super ability, there is also a liability. We will see...

The charade has officially ended, and along with it, Josh's hateful, nasty father is now exposed to too many people. How will he fix this now serious mess he's got himself into. It would suit me to see him punished, since Washington politicos are so awful right now. So yes, an epilogue would be a good thing.

I wonder why Owen really seems to feel so strongly about Don's decision to end his marriage. Was he secretly in love with her himself?

This story appealed to me initially because the three brothers have an interesting past, and I liked the dynamic relationship they have with each other. Each one is a distinctive personality, and each is quite human. Geoff's doing a downward spiral. Yes, there is drama, but you surprised me by dropping three murders into the plot. Good job, -I needed a little jolt.

I'm always happy to see another chapter of this story, -I've been thinking about it lately and here you are. This time we meet the image of Dagen himself, giving some crucial direction to Shay. Will he finally meet Yugan next? That'll be quite interesting, -and am I wrong or is he not the 'farseer' that Dagen mentions? The Dagenish are big people, aren't they? That makes them even more impressive and Yugan's deadly planet even scarier. Will he fit into the space Aphid? I love this story. Where else will I see phrases like 'geothermal ejecta'?

Getting into Zane's head is nice; I like his mother too, and he has nice friends. His father has some serious problems to work out before I can even like him at all. So far he comes off as a cold and narcissistic man. I love Clint, but there's not much of him this chapter. Acquainting myself with Zane is great though.

I'm impressed with Zane as a character and now want to know why his father is so cold to him? He's not that way with his sisters, so what's up with that? Such a contrast to Clint's family. I suppose I'll have to read the story and find out... -
I enjoyed this adventure and I've seen Rembrandt's famous work countless times, but never actually looked at it in depth as you have. It's a wonder, and you tell a very good story. I loved it.

I like this so far, and I like the setting. Western Massachusetts is an area I don't know at all, but I do know someone who just moved near Lennox, so maybe someday I'll visit, -unless it's winter.

I'm glad I found this story and I'm enjoying it. Lucky is a fun guy and he's a good narrator with his snarky, ironic take on things. I like all these characters except for stinky guy at the casino. I don't know how I'd handle Senna, but I'll bet Lucky wakes up beside him.

I've always liked that part of the California Coast, but this story made me have doubts about the area until the end. Now I'm good with it again. This was a fine and well written story, and thank you for posting it.

I say that Adam should use these unusual gifts. They are something given to him. It'd be wrong not to use them. He's not an abusive personality and doesn't want fame or a marginal agenda. I say he should do what he can, at his own discretion. I trust his character.

So, Dorian has a grandfather? Maybe he can finally get support from someone in his family, since so far everybody else is helping him but his own kin. Maybe this grandfather will have some influence on Dorian's horrid parents...

Well, one cliffhanger down and we get a new one. Of course, we still haven't seen Jacob yet, so that's not done with yet either. I'm just happy that Josh's grandmother knows what's going on. She is the most able of all the characters to help control that nutzo father of his, since now he's waving a gun around.

My favorite fictional cat. That's what Cheshire is. It's been a sad chapter overall, but our heroic kitty manages to help in the best ways and manage to be all cat too. What happened to Chris' family was awful, but at last the asshole father is dead and the mother is done with him. Time to heal old wounds now.
