Exactly, and we should not forget Kavan's age. Compared to the others he is a mere baby. So, who should behave more maturely? But...we don't know what was going on at home. Maybe we will know after Kavan has calmed down.

Maybe he knows this and that's why he left the room? I find this very interesting. Someone said to me at the beginning of the chapter that Kavan behaved too maturely, totally un-Kavanish.
