    I don't know. Herbish?
  3. You forgot the and , that's all I've got to say.
  4. It's definitely okay if you explain it. You can do it in the chapter notes, as you said, or some kind of glossary. Or you find a more creative way and let one of your characters translate the word to the others and your readers, for example.
  5. I drank a lot of tea at work during the last weeks with no sayings. Very boring, but today I found one I liked. Compassion is your strength.

    Home Prompts

These prompt ideas were inspired by a discussion on the site. Would people read stories that take place in a foreign country? How difficult is it to write these kinds of stories and still find readers on an international site like GA? Does an American want to read a story about characters falling in love in Denmark? On the other hand, what do we have to do to write a story taking place away from home, like space or for example, China, India, Africa, or wherever your muse takes you? Let’s try: PT #201 Write a short piece about characters taking a stroll in your hometown. Sometimes places in the same country seem foreign to us. PT #202 Write a short piece where your characters, human or not, live far away from your home. Happy research. If you check the subgenre 'prompt' in your story tags, then people/readers can find everything here: https://gayauthors.org/stories/browse/subgenre/prompt/
  7. Why not? A large part of one of my earlier stories took place in Sicily. I'm having vampires and wolves running all about Venice, Italy in another story. Oh, yes, and in Cologne. I love to read about places and people from all over the world. And space.

  14. I drank a lot of tea without sayings in the last days. Today, I got a nice one. To understand life, live.
