Cia, I too have washed my thumb drive. However, here lies the issue and why a cell phone won't work after going through the wash (unless you do some things) With any PCB board, the part that connects everything; it's already submerged in acid, solvent, distilled water, etc. etc. Therefore, the circuitry isn’t going to break if it gets wet. With a USB drive, it has less surface area to dry, and has no power source on its own. If you let your stick dry, aka going through the dryer, then it won’t fry itself. Although I don’t know that it would self-destruct if it were wet either. Your cell phone on the other hand has an active current, which will more than likely fry the board if it gets wet. In most cases, the phone will power down. If for whatever reason the board didn’t fry, you would let it sit for up to a week to dry. And if all works out your phone would still work. The problem lies with the active current that would potentially destroy the phone Sorry I just couldn't help myself

Wait until Amanda comes into the picture. She's from California. That's all I'll say of her right now. The dream is a big part of the picture, as our subconscious is powerful tool. But I think many realizations came from that, so in some ways it was very good. Jacob's very sensitive, which is good, but also bad too. He goes from one extreme to the next. I'm sure we've all seen his jealousy and quick to anger. That might become blatantly apparent in the next chapter… Oh my...

That was my fear. I intended to word it a certain way, keep his weapon a secret for a bit . I don't want anyone to think that he's bringing a gun, knife, whatever. Did I fail at the cliffhanger? Is that what your saying? :\ However, I will not tell what Sarah's plans are, possibly it's to stay away from them, and maybe not. Glad you enjoyed it. I hope people see all the events and his conclusion of those; I feel that's important, especially his realizations.

Sorry I was off-base on my first comment. In regards to the blog, I believe Cia's post is one that is excellent, well thought out, and is meant to be a guide. I mean, who doesn't like guides? When you're fortunate to get a good beta/editor the first time around your lucky. I'm lucky like that.. I love my peeps.. Even with those red markers. HA!

I'm a subtle type of person, one really needs to pay attention to pick up hints, foreshadowing, etc. So that's key, I like to think myself as someone who writes to make people think.

I love the shower scene too.

Matthew is a little warrior, I know he is haha.
