    Chapter #12

Here's a question for you. Do you think bullies are going to be so stupid to come against 7 now? That makes it a lot more difficult, let a lone that almost half the cafeteria shut down this boy. Where does that leave those who wish to rise above the crowd and be the tormentors?

    Chapter #12

Gosh, everyone's out of likes today it seems LOL. Screw guilty by association. Amanda isn't timid. She speaks her mind and will do whatever the cost to be someones saving grace. That's just her. You'll learn more about her as time goes on, I promise you that. You also might be surprised what happens in the bathroom. Though I won't say.

    Chapter #12

I warned/told people this would be the chapter to wait for. Although I did cut it a little short, like when they go into the bathroom. That will come next, and won't be one to miss either. Like you I'm also a gamer, and actually have Borderlands 2 as well .. Just too busy writing to play it right now. I love my boys too, even though ones kinda hot headed, and the other too passive at times. Thanks for the review hon.
  6. Chapter #12 has now been release. Read, like, review. ~CHEERS~
  7. The Journey of Jacob and Kyle Chapter #12: This Cold heart (Cont.) Time line: Monday In the midst of Jacob’s emotional outburst, Amanda stood her ground and hadn’t been offended by his off the cuff, split second responses. In her mind she could easily understand his frustration and believed that if it had been her, she would’ve reacted in the same manner. After Jacob had left her field of vision, she took a moment to think of her next course of action. In the back of her mind, she felt th
  8. Dark always seems to write helpful, intuitive and logical blog posts. I always seem to agree on many things he says, this one included. ~Cheers~
  9. Oh boy, Cia reading a teen story.. *SHOCKED FACE*
  10. If my memory serves me. He bites the chickens head off at one point too
  11. You need to do what it important and take care of your father. We all understand <3
  12. We love GA. As I'm sure my blog post says. <3 Cheers!
  13. What if their relationship is beyond what skitters across the surface? Just saying. It may seem like only yesterday, but to them it feels an eternity. Glad you're still trucking through. #12 will be good IMO.. #13 even better [thinking I have to split #12 a bit.. ]
  14. As GA celebrates its tenth anniversary, I thought I'd share some things. Point and blank, unedited, and unprovoked. When I first came to GA, I came looking for a place to be able to cross-post my stories, to find a wider scope, a bigger audience. As I arrived, I found something very different, and yet very scary at the same time. I had seen GA in passing many times, never looking deeper than the front page; originally I thought it was a site I needed to pay to use and moved on. But once I got past the original registration page, months later, I realized that they included premium content, which was cool. Anyway, I'm going off base. When I first arrived, I went into chat, found someone by the name of Cia. I was nervous, thought my story wouldn’t fit the style of the site; boy was I wrong. Thanks to Cia, Bugeye, and Krista, who listened to my concerns with a keen eye; they urged me to post and to see what happens. So with that, I took a leap of faith forward and after some extreme editing on my part, I posted the first chapter of 'The Journey of Jacob and Kyle'. Not only was I welcomed with open arms, review’s and likes out the door, I felt like I had found a special place. As the months went on, I continued to post, and gained many friends because of it. Instead I find myself cross posting to other sites now, nifty was never my home, but a lifeless shell of some freaky people, who had scared me away once before. Now I consider GA my home, a place of comfort and acceptance. Encouragement especially. I thank everyone, all those who’ve read my stories, made comments and the likes. For I’ve found a place to call home. Let’s give her another ten amazing years. Thanks to Myr, the mods, and admins involved for giving us [authors] a place to feel welcome and needed. Especially those who are now published, who are still down to earth and willing to lend an ear. This is where I’ll plant my cot and lay in the shadow of all those better than I. ~CHEERS~
  15. This was a wonderful article. I rather enjoyed reading it from work, and I couldn't help but smile as Comicality shared some of his memories. I also agree with one thing he said That is so true. Let's enjoy another 10 blissful years together. And maybe by then more new authors will have arrived and we'll have more stories to read. CHEERS!
  16. Oh, is that so... Who the heck planted this idea in peoples minds.... Oh, hmm.. Crying, sure.. Maybe.. Okay. Crying doesn't always have to be something that's sad, but something that's also joyful. But again, could be bad too..
  17. Oh dear lord! What made you think that? Though I'm not going to say either way. <3 u
  18. Very well. Though I'm still confused if you started reading the story on GA originally or nifty. I prefer the human touch on anything I do. I feel it's worth while to do so. And this is just me, but I don't think I deserve to be up in the same class as Comicality. Though I thank you for thinking of me in such high regards. I'm flattered. Ubuntu to you, peace and love.
  19. Rep is the amount of LIKES I attained, as of present its "266" and is visible on my profile and my stories. Which is why I state in my chapters to leave a like if you enjoyed the story, and possibly a review. But right now were limited to 5 likes a day for any given user. Just an FYI. Fill me in on this, you said you goggled my pen name. Did you start reading from GA or Nifty? Or some other place All thanks for editing goes to Andy and Lisa. There my good ol' team if I ever called one. Love them lots. I make stupid mistakes sometimes and they see them and help me correct them. Ofcourse, nobody's perfect and from time to time something will fall through.. That's just life I suppose. And who would that be?? The whole highlight thing is exceptional, I wish more people would point out errors so they could get fixed.. :| Let me know ~Andrew~ P.S. Thanks for joining in on the forum post... It's been lonely in here LOL.
  20. Cia maybe I hadn't been clear enough, or maybe you misunderstood. But the 5 likes part was in reference to the person giving those 5 likes to one specific author. Not an author himself being limited to receiving 5 likes.. The suggestion of mine was that any given person would be allowed to do a max of 5 likes for the day to ONE specific author. But wouldn't be limited for giving another 5 likes to let's say you. Clerified more? Or just up the limit LOL. Just an idea.
  21. A weighing system would be quiet difficult to program (this coming from a programmers perspective) and it would also devalue the like system in some way. (that's if I'm understanding correctly). But in all seriousness, who'd do 125 likes in a single day?
  22. Oh my two favorite people in one thread. I agree the like issue sucks at times, maybe we could protest for a bump up.But I understand why it is. It's basically to prevent a flood of likes for any given user. Possible it could be done to have a MAX of five likes PER author a day. That would seem fitting. But more illogical and hard to code. Let's get an admin in here to voice their opinion.
  23. I don't think you or he fully understand how MUCH support is actually coming. Though, you'll find that support in the next chapter. And if you think this was emotionally charged? wait, just wait... like I'm the writer and it makes ME cry...fark.
  24. haha pre-teen boy fun. Yes indeed. I can remember doing that as a kid. Maybe it was just me, but I loved it (running around naked I mean). Showers are fun too
  25. Yes, a 50/50 chance. The question is, will she?? Jacob's state of mind is pretty messed up, and one worthy of consideration, but I guess the real question would be, can it get worse before it get's better? His actions reverberate his mother's words clearly I think as well.
