oh man, CLIFFHANGER! I'm going to be anxiously waiting to see what happens next. I'm so glad they got to talk about the past and get a measure of closure there, as well as admit their feelings for one another and how deep they ran, now I just have to hope they get the second chance they deserve.

I love movies, i winter i'll catch up on many that i've missed. Cooking too i'll do a bunch of in winter, as well as reading and writing. i still hike and take pictures in winter, that's a year round thing for me, as is Martial Arts and music. I play guitar and piano/keyboard. Spring brings gardening, summer brings canning, crafts is another year round thing as is swimming, we have a great indoor pool in town. Camping is big for me in spring, summer and fall. I love to visit museums and historical places too. Fishing is another big thing in spring/summer/fall, though I have been meaning to get back into ice fishing in winter. Hunting in fall/winter is another thing I love to spend time doing.

Wow, that was agonizing and scary, and wonderfully written. I was cringing as read that, your description of the events was wonderful, really pulled me into the story and held me there.I'm so looking forward to more.

I make a 'to do' list for the new year. not so much resolutions, just things i want to accomplish. then i look at the list on new years eve and see how many got crossed off. Last year wasn't so bad, there were a few that got moved to this year, but just seeing some things accomplished was pretty positive.

New Year's Resolutions: To Blab or Not To Blab?
layla commented on MJ85's blog entry in Comments, Musings, Ponderings, Thoughts, 'N' Thangs
I tell my roomies my resolution, and they usually tell me theirs, that way we can try to help each other keep them, plus i think it helps them to understand when i get so into something what it is that I'm trying to accomplish. -
Beautiful images, such a beautiful family, this was a wonderfully lovely and touching feel good piece, thank you for sharing.

I don't think attraction has much to do with male or female so much as it has to do with the individual the attraction is for. I think true attraction really comes from knowing the person, not what you see on the outside and not what sex they are, but when you know their mind and heart and soul.

I think the problem is that too many people seem to think that depression is easily undone. They think it is the fault of the depressed person if they can't just get up and find something to do that will make them "happy" and i really hate that term when applied to depression or lack of depression because I don't really think that happy is the opposite of depressed and yet so many seem to want to throw that out there. I wish I knew why people saw the need to attach "blame" to things like this, I guess it's just a way of trying to understand something that is hard to understand, but yes, it can be very hurtful, as you said.

When I was in college a friend asked me if I would go with him to one as it was his first time going and he was real nervous about what it would be like. We both had a blast, there were a ton of nice guys and girls there that just wanted to talk and dance and drink and shoot pool and play darts and have a good time. We ended up being regulars there for the rest of the time we were in school

I'm not a doomsday prepper, but we only have one grocery store in town, it had a fire earlier in the year and was closed for a few days, got me to thinking of what would happen if a bad storm or something wrecked it. I have always canned my own stuff anyway, so now i just try and make sure we have enough extras on hand to ride out two weeks of chaos should something ever happen to our store.

2012 is almost done…wow, just a few more hours and a ton more wine. I’m so ready. I think I’ll walk around town with the camera tonight, if it’s not too cold, take some pictures of the drunks staggering out into the snow. What a way to ring in the New Year huh. 2012 was fun for me and full of self-discovery and adventures, conquering fears and discovering new ones. I decided to list my five biggest triumphs of 2012, as well as a list of things I plan to do in the 2013 in the hopes that listing them will mean I get to cross things off the list as the year goes on. Top 5 triumphs of 2012 Earning my black belt in Tae Kwon Do Having my nature photos put up on display at the library and the nature center in town Having 2 blue ribbon jellies at the summer fair (blackberry-lemonade and cherry-limeade) Actually completing a novel which I doubt would have happened if I hadn’t found my way here to GA Getting my GPA back up to a 3.9 (only one more year left till I finish this course of study yey!) To do list Make blackberry wine from the blackberries in the garden Spend 4 days camping out by the caves in the eastern part of my state Go to Sturgis Spend a week hiking and taking pictures in Colorado Trap that pesky rabbit who lives in my garden so he doesn’t get to half the vegies this year Get my bow hunting license, see if I do better than I did with the shotgun this year Lose 50 pounds Spend some serious time playing my guitar again Christen the bonfire ring, I got it built, still haven’t lit a fire in it Get the strawberry patch planted, and make sure the pumpkins go in on time this year Finish all the half-finished crafts in the craft bin Take and pass the 3ds max head class I’ve been dreading Go canoeing for the first time in 15 years Convert that old shed out back to a working machine shed Finally check out all those local winerys I keep on meaning to go see Take my oldest to monster truck racing and my youngest to the theater to see a play Learn to make Christmas fudge without wrecking it Finish the uncompleted writings scattered all over my room.

For the past 2 years i have been trying to plan a trip to colorado to go hike wilderness trails for a week and take pictures, this year I'm going. In addition, i tell myself each year that I'm going to take a 4 day weekened to myself and camping near some caves i've seen amazing pictures of...this year i'm gonna do that too. My son will be 16 this year, we haven't gone to a monster truck show since he was five, right before his sister was born, this years he and I are going. My daughter will be 10 this year, i've been dying to take her on a girls weekend away, maybe take in the theater or a show, this year we're gonna do that too. same Q
