Dillon deserves what he gets in a way. What he did was wrong, he knew kt was wrong but I also hope that he gets help because there is an underlying reason why he did. He used sex the same way Andy did as boost for lack of self-confidence and a replacement for love. Andy is going to need help he had low self esteem when he met Dillon which is how be became a victim of dillon. Obviously since they mentioned they are known there 20's now he might have tried but never succeeded in suicide. I'm. Other sure what to think of Ellis I think the only part worse in a cops work than dealing with rape or sex victims specially kids would be telling family of a death. It would have been. Hard to get Andy and Matt to tell him the truth without leading them, specially since he has to deal with guilt, shame and some belligerence . There is a fine line for a copy to walk in that predicament, he can take be to hard or the victims turn off but on the other hand he can't be good soft or friendly with them because he needs the truth and facts. This was a very painful chapter, and as soon as the one boy started pushing at practice I guessed what was going to happen. This was a well written chapter but very sad and painful.

President a day Keiths maturity is popping up. I like the way rather than attack to get there way they work a plan out together and implementation it over two months to show there parents that they can handle their relationship and school. Have I told you lately I just love this story. And this chapter is one of my best. Dw favourite ones. The patience Thanks has to go at Zach's speed is phenomenal. That shower was steamy, hot, organic. But seriously I'm not sure how many men would have eased so much patience as Ryan showed during the shower and even after. you can tell Zach isn't playing games that he is extremely shy but you can also tells that he is frustrated a bit with himself too he wants more. I didn't know one thing for sure that when they do both follow thru with sex its going to put that shower scene go shame. It's going to be a Vesuvius blowout. Romantic chapter loved it to bits.

I don't think Kei has gone away I think he just needs time. Everything was coming at him Alex, his mother he needs some peace to reset his equilibrium. I think Kei's mom loves him but she is still hung up on the choosing to be gay rather that being born that way.. Maybe it's her way of dealing with it and her so called reputation. If he chose this than its on his head she doesn't have to deal with it. But if hes born like that than it will always be there and can't be swept under the rug. Still don't trust her. Alex is swamped so much has happened in so little time. He's scared, he's anxious it falls all on his shoulders. Thank god for his mum. I'm enjoying this peek into cheerleading specially from the male perspective. So much work and the required fitness level so high. Maybe even higher than most sports. Great chapter looking forward to more.

Last day of summer is always sad. Carefree days days are gone. It will,let be interesting to to see how these four boys handle it. School, work,extracurricular school stuff band and only two nights a week together. They have come a long way if they stick together I think they will handle everything just fine. Great chapter.

LOL he wakes up and want a rare steak surrounded by vegetarians. After everything that jamal explained to him that the first thing he says..perfect end to the chapter. I liked the way this chapter sorta tied up so many loose ends.

I loved the "he bought the wrong bubbles daddy". That just is so cute and I can see a little boy Jakes age saying that. Daddy really needs to get over the whole teacher thing. Atbleast things were going the right way at the end of the chapter. But did you have to stop the cheery right there...maybe just a little more would have been nice lol.

And they said they would never find out what the name of the project was. They don't have Alex do they? I kinda feel bad for Gary and Leonard this is so far above their heads that I think they have electricity no idea just what is happening. Moreso Gary than Leonard though.. Through each journal entry you can see the progression from a boy to the first steps of growing up. The little things, no focus then you start to see his observation of his family. The worry for Keith, his annoyance but closeness with John. His love for his parents. You can see him putting a picture to the tension surrounding Keith. Then boom you know the exact day that Preston enters team family circle. The entries are lighter there's laughter. I liked this chapter it says so much about the family dynamics without point blank saying it outloud. Drew is an observant and amazing person. Great chapter.

LOL his mind must be going bonkers a man that had been toughened by the military picked up plunked in water scrubbed and brought out. The pot analogy was perfect. I can't wait to read this story. If this teaser is anything to go by the story will be awesome.

Is Andy going to play stupid? Dillon has got to know that Matt will tell Andy. Andy I think knew something was up that night he was already adding 2 & 2 together. How long before Matts dad steps in I don't think he swallowed the sick excuse his son gave him. Otherwise he wouldn't have said he would be there when Matt was ready to talk. All these questions....do I really want to know the answers.
