    The Devil's Deal

Yes Hil served Luc, but according to the older legends it was a part of having sold his own soul. One does not always like what they are forced to do, now do they?
  2. Yep! And don't be embarrassed - I'm the one came up with it in the first place. Be glad I am trying to stay out of my collection of animated kid flicks from the days when i ran a daycare site! Your turn dear!
  3. Nope - but the right answer would be just as bad! hehehe
  4. "Get your head in the game"
  5. The Searchers dang - and i didn't even need that clue!

    Chapter 67

Matt hasn't taken Frank's advice? Big surprise there huh? The boy needs to see his shrink more often than he is, but I guess like any addiction, no progress will be made till he admits there is a problem and wants to fix it. Will could use a couple more visits himself, but at least he realizes it. Wade worries me. He seems so calm most of the time. Things like the events of the A-Ho party are totally out of character for him. In spite of the "open relationship" he usually doesn't screw around, getting plastered is not a frequent thing, a losing it on Tony and then Matt is really out there. Seems like his extra efforts to deal with things are ways not to deal with things. Kevin, welcome to the ranks of the happily Arbour-addicted. As always, a fantastic chapter. Thank you

    The Devil's Deal

No guarantees Lisa, but Hil is still whispering to me, so he might make a return visit or two. Googling "Faust" may help as well. I am glad you enjoyed! Thank you.
  8. LMAO !!! Your turn Andy
  9. Closer Andy, but much newer. The flick was described in reviews as a "Mel Brooks-ish western"

    The Devil's Deal

Actually I was just wondering where Hil was headed next. Seems the voice isn't quite done with this one! Thanks!
  11. It's also a damn sight easier than keeping tract of the lies you tell.
  12. LOL nope - try again fuzzy one
  13. lesseee..... how about "There is something seriously wrong with that horse!"

  15. The Devil’s Deal Brian shook his head, trying to clear the cobwebs. Whoever was at the door would just have to wait a minute. The pounding and ringing continued for a bit before it really sank into Brian’s head he wasn’t dreaming and someone WAS trying to pound his door down with his fist. “Keep your britches on! I’m coming!” he muttered as he untangled himself from the throw blanket and rose from the sofa. “Must have dozed off reading again,
  16. LOL I guess I saw the "fixed" version. I was scratching my head and wondering what Ron was talking about a psychic before seeing your response! I'm with Derrick - good thing he wasn't in the shower when it blew! An entertaining story I enjoyed immensely.
  17. I quite enjoy going out and enjoying an evening in a pub etc. Much more so now than when i was young, skinny and being hit on regularly. Now I can kick back and relax with my spouse and our friends without needing to worry about all the things that can come with being hit on in a bar.
  18. You think its hard to choose now at 20-something? Wait till you have 50-some years of favorites to try and choose from. You couldn't put all my favorites over the years onto one CD, let alone choose one as the favorite of all time. Besides - I have a lot of listening left to do!
  19. If I wasn't afraid of ladders and scaffolds and the like - I would want the window washing concession. One building would be a full time job for several people!
  20. As they say in the movie "Madagasgar" - you got to move it move it!
  21. Back before your time Matt any party that consisted of all men were referred to as stag parties and all women as Hen parties, regardless of if they were wedding related or not. Friday night poker was usually a stag party among my grandfathers crowd. I've no clue why the terms faded from use the way they have. Guess it's just the evolution of language.
  22. Now that is totally not fair - I can't get a skirt with decent pocket space but some of those kilts look like carhartt cargo pants above the flairs.
  23. I know it doesn't work that way, but I have always felt the Olympics should be a time to put politics aside and let the mutual passion for sports bring people together. Too bad they becomes a soapbox so often.
