I totally understand where Ilaria is coming from, I’m a mama and empathize completely. On the other hand, Milan is 17, only one year from being an adult; she cannot expect him to react well to being treated like an unruly child. As hard as it will be, she needs to cut the apron strings.

Loving the synthgar more and more. I keep imagining a mini-dragonish thing. I love that Captain gave him an opportunity to make a choice since so many of them have been taken away from him. I have to say say the word count is frustrating me to no end today. 😫
