Bloody Hell Weinerdog... I was reading chapter 8. I didn't realise it at the time but because it was getting interesting, I started leaning in towards to screen. You know. Cause if you lean closer to the screen the words have less far to travel so you read faster. I was so absorbed in what I was reading...then a notification popped on the screen. Gave me a helluva shock. I actually jumped. Then I cracked up laughing. It was a notification advising that you'd reacted to a comment I'd made. OMGoodness. I've cackled about it a few times now. Thanks for the laugh...now back to chapter 8.

And...setting the scene. Laying out the connections... We'll have to start learning how to write our comments in Atlantean, the way you keep reeling us in. Is the "other half to the Basement" too obvious? It is too plausible a scenario to be ignored. And it is a machine? But what does it look like? Does it have to look machine-like? Does that even matter? And on and on and on...

Very much so...you give us yet another reason to enjoy public holidays.

They are proceeding well. I would still be wary and trying not to get too carried away, but that would be way hard. Matt seems to be making all the right sounds.

Poor Donnie. What he wants is right there, but he has to be restrained because the balance is so precarious. Or at least, it seems so right now. So sad. So hard. But hope springs eternal.

Opening scene is enjoyable. Like the characters. Dave would so still be in the dog house with me. No way, no how. I would've slammed him in the nuts if he casually walked in and tried to put me in his lap like nothing happened. Fool.

O.M.Goodness! I am trying really hard not to Girly scream cause, well. Ya know. This was so good! I know there have only a been a few thus far, but look at the quality of the comments. Embrace. Enjoy. They have been bought into the notice of the Alpha of New York State, the largest Pack in North America. That can only surely be good. We get to look forward to the battle and the Mage Dance nb: something important is going to happen at the Pack Meeting. Surely? Excited. Can't wait. That was so sad about Chris. Caleb couldn't have handled that any more perfectly than he did. Well done. The Four of Them are going to make an awesome Team. Anyway, back to Caleb...he was tres hot in this chapter. Like smokin' tres hot. Like on fire tres hot. Like where is that fire engine at tres hot. Now we know how Elaine did so well against Stefan, when they met. I hope Vinnie ends up with an all white bracelet, and sooner rather than later. Must be very important that they were all made to take note of Caleb's specific markings and smell, etc. That could really interesting. Vin and Mace are just so damned good together. We knew it was going to happen, but so glad Vin has verbalised that he will be turned. They are going to be together for a long time. With their Beta and Enforcer, it will be interesting to see where they end up. Thank you...

I Love It. The story pulls you in so quickly and so deeply. Plus, it is so very interesting. Every chapter is like peeling a layer. So cool. Thanks

Charlie and Kippy are just so, 'Awww shucks' cute together. Love Love Love Them! I can understand why the House was sold to Annie. She loves it, etc. But why did everyone else turn it down. Who/what convinced them? Is it the House itself or something that inhabits space in said House? Is it something in the Grounds, what with all those Woods, etc? I know its Halloween, but can't think of a spooky-ish scenario in a Home so lovely? Plus, what are they there to specifically do, solve, see, hear, etc? Glad I held off in reading this chapter. Can now go straight to the next one...

It is so good to be back in this part of the multi-verse. Can't wait to see what the "situation" is, who we re-visit with and who we get introduced to. I'm leaving the next chapter for tomorrow.

This story itself is like an exciting visit to the Circus. Full of glitz, glam and wonder with lots of ooos and ahhhs...

I will not believe that my destined Mate would ever cause Vinnie any harm. Although, the "...I've never fought a Shadow Affinity and would love the opportunity to do so...' seems - questionable? Can you imagine what an Alpha of New York State, which just so happens to be the largest Pack in North America, would be like? Goddess Have Mercy! Please let Ty be a true good Wolf, please! One thing I've been wondering, why did Stefan suddenly make contact with Vinnie? Is he starting to take Vinnie's quest seriously now? How many Shadow Affinity Mage's are there left? That's got nothing to do with it, right? Every chapter brings something new and adds to the wonder of this story. So excited. I haven't been keeping an eye on how often chapters are released, but if this one was released sooner than normal, thank you Even if it was't, thank you

Well. That solves the 'Pack?' part of my previous comment. An Alpha who will submit only to their Mate, who is also an Alpha. Never heard of that one before, I don't think? So, well done! Can't wait to find out how the female and Pups ended up where they did. Was it a Pack to Alpha thing? I love Pups and we have two pre-made. Two Packs in the same territory, is that even possible? They would be strong as...

I feel sorry for his Dad. He is almost all alone now. I know alot of that is due to his personality, choices he has made, etc. But it is still sad...

Oh Lord but I do miss me some Fried Chicken. Sorry, but I really do. I wish they could have taken the Doggie home. I know they couldn't, being at college and all, but I wish they could have done something.

I hope they are The Good in this story and not lightly veiled evil. It could so easily be either or. Very interesting twists and turns.

I know they are in a war if some type, but that seemed brutal to me. Death is death, but that was torture. I hope Kotik doesn't totally lose his innocence. Not a very realistic hope is it? Hmmm...

Can't wait until they meet and when Kotik comes into his full powers.
