The Tor is an amazing experience! We definitely planned on climbing it at least once, figuring on later in the trip. I was not able to do a lot of conditioning to get myself in shape for the trip, so was worried about how I would handle it. So when did we actually go? The first night, of course! After the long flight, on 2 days with minimal sleep, and in the early evening on the day of the eclipse. And. I. Did. It. Took a while to get to the top, but I freaking made it. It's one of the proudest achievements of my life! There were so many people there, celebrating the eclipse. It truly was a magical experience. The town itself has an energy to it, not found here. I could go on and on, but I'll stop now. If you do end up going, be sure to visit the Abbey too.

The title and King Arthur connection was definitely deliberate. I spent two weeks last year in Glastonbury, England, which is steeped in Arthurian legend and lore. Fascinating place which I highly recommend visiting. And yeah, the boyfriend can totally stay away

Very unique twist with using the aliens as the vehicle for Liam and Neil to reveal their feelings. I like how the aliens communicated with Neil and fixed their 'mistake'. I enjoyed this story.

I definitely related to Jake's reticence at going to his reunion. And can I just say that how the frick is the class of 2005 twenty years ago??? I graduated twenty years ago! Oh wait... with my Masters degree... Anyway, I haven't attended any of my HS reunions because I have no desire to go back to that time in my life. I thought this was a well-written story, and I enjoyed it. I'm glad Jake and Derek were able to finally reveal the truth of their feelings for each other.

Like for many others, Ozzy was an icon of my youth. I remember being on the bus in fifth grade and my BFF at the time putting a cassette in a tape deck and blasting Black Sabbath. It was my first introduction to Ozzy, and my BFF was considered the coolest kid around for doing that. Sadly, he ended up passing way too young after cleaning himself up after a troubled youth. Rock on, Ozzy and Cory. Rock on.

Well damn... I was not expecting that ending! I think the author binge-watched Game of Thrones before writing this Well done. It's not easy to surprise me.

I would highly recommend a laptop. I was very resistant about getting one when my last desktop died, but the portability is awesome. It's great being able to take the laptop with me when I travel. Personally, I think it's better to get a new one now. It really sucks having a computer die, then being without one while waiting for the new one. I have an HP Spectre and love it. Everyone who grew up in the '80s or before knows the only way to fix electronics is to smack the heck out of them.
