    I was thinking about that too, when I had pulled myself together... Did Colt actually try to kill himself or is that a planted memory? He didn't die (unless the first 4 books have really been a dream) so did he try? Something very bad happened and a failed suicide attempt could be it.

    I feel you capture the struggle to unite the outer fixings of the church with the true meaning of God and faith. All too often it's the grandeur and worldly glory that are deemed important and not the actual core values of religion. Very powerful.

    Dark and angry, but very true and heartfelt! I think you should keep exploring these emotions. They make for excellent poems, even if they bring up bad memories.Might be good to put hem in writing to get them out, I love that you make us feel how you feel meeting these predators.

    I didn't get the impression he heard it, but I'm sure Colin will get to tell Ben over and over again. In a balanced, non-biggaywedding sort of way of course. Though, somehow I get the distinct feeling this wedding thing could be growing on Ben... Just a few more outbursts of jealousy...

    Part of me was screaming "Just tell them!" but I realise Stefan has no reason whatsoever to trust anyone, not even the police. Where will he end up? I hope it doesn't end up in total disaster, him alone walking in the dark...

    About time the issue of expectations on the male form is addressed too! I must confess that for a long time, I actually thought guys just looked like models... Stupid, I know, but since they had muscles and wasn't (usually) thin to the point if breaking in half, I didn't realise the amount of body discipline that went into looking like that. Now, I know better. Still, there is hardly any debate on this (or other issues concerning the male gender role). More discussion on what defines a man would be welcome, at least in my opinion.

    I've loved this story from start to finish and this last chapter was just a great ending. I just hope the guys get to have a little peace now and simply enjoy each other. Thank you for sharing your story!

    The cover I like best is the one with Felix, but that might be because I like cuffs... Seriously though, as a cover for the book, the one with Dorian is more representative of the content. It's really his story and the BDSM part is not all the book is about. To focus so much on Felix feels like diminishing the story. Maybe Dorian could have the cuffs on his belt, as a sort of subtle reminder. Although, since he's a cop it might be too subtle...
