    Thanks Lisa! David's going to find out soon enough what Kathy was doing, but (naturally) will draw the wrong conclusion. I think the handwriting's on the wall for the ultimate fate of that relationship anyway. Ginny will probably begin helping David more as the worries about her son lessen. But we can never forget all this we are privy to is from David's perspective. As we are slowly discovering, David is superb at hiding things from himself. It's easy to forget how seriously injured Twoey was. He was on the edge of death. We get to experience his thoughts, but even those thoughts will be colored or forgotten as he heals.

    I guess Andy is settling in! Hmmm ...Terry is friends enough with Lunch Boy to sit at his cafeteria table. She could be the liaison needed if Lunch Boy ever mentions Andy to her. I wonder if Mrs. Marjorie ever speaks with her former students, now his teachers. That could develop quite interestingly too. OK Parker, you've given us enough to wonder about the next chapter! Good work!

    If he even had a small doubt, meeting Joel and hearing his tale will be all the corroboration Andrew needs. Then he will have to tell dad. It sure didn't take them long to be kissing! I wonder how many months it would have taken for that to have happened if Craig never experienced his adventure? Another great chapter Gee!

    Thanks Parker! Good points too. Of course we are privy to Matty's "goal" and David isn't. But, if anything, Matty seems careful. He knows this is only step 1, I'm pretty sure. That WAS a pretty slick move, getting Lanni into his date. Somehow I don't thing it was intentional, consciously that it. For a guy who insists on always being in control, I'm beginning to feel David's subconscious mind is what's really in control ...and he is oblivious. As I mentioned to CG, maybe David needs re-evaluation. He might not be completely who we have been led to believe.

    Thanks for reviewing CG, and for expressing your concerns, which are all actually valid. Even though he is our prime narrator, and often lets us in on his self-examinations, I'm getting hints we are getting an image of David he wants to believe, not one of who he really is. A few things don't seem consistent. Those relationship conflicts you mentioned, for sure. Doesn't it seem strange to you nobody else in the family finds the food atrocious?

    It's nice to see James and Casey warming. Casey sure made certain Same and James understood his appreciation for James. Step 1, I guess. Now c'mon James, take a chance, Casey's not going to hurt you! Haha ...easier for me to say than him to fear! James has good friends to sense the cause of his discomfort and then do something about it. A great chapter rustle, I enjoy this story immensely!

    The phantoms truly have invaded me. “Coach Basuba wants me to time our run each morning and measure the distance. Gary, I have no frickin' idea how to measure the distance, but we run the same route every day so maybe we can figure it out later.” I timed it, which was the baseline time according to Coach Basuba.     At least if Craig explains to Andrew, it has a decent chance of getting back to Dr. Pollock. Andrew is definitely into Craig. And now Craig must suspect it too. This will be interesting to watch all in itself. I haven't given up my suspicions Dr. Pollock might be somehow responsible for the little time wrinkle. But then I'm always a little suspicious, I guess.

    To think, it only took a few notes from the anonymous Boy X and Robbie's walls went crumbling down. As the chapter progressed, I thought he might have actually given up his little charade, but in the end, he planned to carry on, possibly for years. We all know that's going to go terribly awry. I guess we should just strap in and enjoy the ride. Nice chapter Dodger. A really interesting story!

    He'll definitely need to do something with his storage problems. He can't carry his whole life on his back to school everyday, and school materials too. I keep wondering if the lawyer's name and address he's 'borrowed' might bring him into contact with the lawyer. It could make him nervous, but if the lawyer's a great guy, it could do him a world of good. Pretty soon Lunch Boy is going to confront him. I hope we get a peek into that meeting ...hehe A much awaited chapter, Parker! Thanks for that.

    Yeah ...who is this Dr. Pollack? At first I thought he might have been mentioned in an earlier chapter, and I forgot. But no, I think this is the first time we've heard of him. Maybe he's a mad scientist who caused the time ripple. Yeah ...I know. I jump to conclusions ...hehe. A very nice chapter Gee, Craig showing off his experience and new skills, while finding the shoe on the other foot in his growing relationship with Andrew. All very nice stuff!

    Thanks Defiance. You bring up a couple of good questions. I'll try not to answer them 1. Matty. We tend to sell him short. 2. David. Yes. 3. Twoey/David. Twoey has proved to be a bit impetuous. David has proved to be overly cautious. It's not gonna be pretty to watch or for either boy to endure, I think. But it might be a good catalyst nonetheless.

    Thanks Parker! Hard to keep everything 'straight' isn't it. The biggest surprise to me is Matty beginning to enter the orbit. He may not be the bit player we had thought. Sam. Well Sam's insight and connections are a mystery to all the guys. He seems to be tuned into David, in particular, doesn't he. Only time will tell, I guess.

    So we're off and running! I'm following the large arc of the story so far, but my limited intelligence prevents me from grasping a lot of the details. But that's OK. It's the way I normally live ...hehe. With these enemies so deeply connected to so much of the stuff our boys will be 'investigating' it seems inevitable that their probing will somehow be detected. That'll cause problems. Anticipating the first phase! Good going W_L !

    OMG Stefan is getting more AKAs than half the guys in prison! Don't know what to call him. Think I'll go back to Stefan. I always liked that best anyway. Fake it to go to school. Can't wait. But first he needs to find a place to live, shelter that is, and a place to shower, etc. That should make for a few interesting chapters. If he stays here, I have a feeling Mrs. Marjorie is going to have some influence on him somewhere along the way. I'm getting the aura she's a retired teacher. That was funny ...he'd never had lemonade before. Thanks for this, Parker!
