    Thanks for the review Defiance! We'll have to wait to see if Ginny picked the right doc, but David sure needs one who will see his problem(s) and whom David can trust. You're probably correct about the head scratching stuff, because he has such conflicting internal wars. These will manifest themselves in frustratingly different ways.

    Oh WOW, thanks Jess! I'm so happy you found the story! I'm even happier you like it so much. There are 122 chapters in all. Don't worry, they're all written. Not finished, not polished, still under construction, but finished. You WILL see "The End" if you choose to stick with it - I promise. I wouldn't mind having you leave a comment or two along the way.     Thanks CG! I know you always try to keep David moving in the right direction Maybe we should stand back a bit and look inside his head. This 15 year old, already fighting an attraction to a boy, is now in possession of a set of secrets he must keep from friends and family. Many of those same people he now perceives as falling away. When the only persons a 15 yo trusts are two older adults, you know he's f***ed. Just a thought.

    An appropriate chapter for you new status Gary! As Michael said, the final piece of us. It was so appropriate, the moment happening in the last period of their first home. The new home will have so many more experiences and, my gosh, people! But it will all be good. Congratulations again Gary, for both the promotion and such a wonderful chapter!

    Ugh! What a terrible turn of events. Andy isn't left with too many options. In his mind, he has to leave. There is no other option at this moment. The weather, however, is not conducive. He probably could live right where he is until springtime, just not attend school. He might choose that as his safest option, then leave in the spring. That's what I would do if it were me. Now we have to hope something unexpected is going to happen. Good chapter Parker! Good surprise. Never thought we'd see green hat again ...hehe.

    Thanks Lisa! Yes it was certainly a defining moment for the boys. No matter what happens after this, it will be there, in each boy's memory, coloring his action. I hate to think what David would do if he didn't have this relationship with Ginny. It's like a release valve on a pressure cooker

    I guess it was bound to happen. You can't become friends with a small group, especially that small, without coming under scrutiny and having them want to get into your personal life a bit. Haha ...all the things Andy doesn't want. But, it comes with the territory, as he's discovering. I think his friendship with Kaz might be a key for him. He seems completely at ease with him and perceives zero threat ...which in itself is something. But the friendship between Kaz and Zander is going to do something at sometime in the (near, I hope) future. Plus he's building up stamina if he ever needs to run away!
