Thus, the business is a family heirloom possession to be maintained and grow through the work of all family members. This goes for all families, from farmers to huge conglomerates like Samsung.
The hierarchy may be set, but there is a lot of room for individualism in the system. In a system like this, you probably would get your wish to establish your own business and the support to make it successful.
