  1. Hi Clo! You'll need something to supplement them. Quail eggs don't provide much protein.
  2. Doing well! How are you? Getting ready to wrap up the Baxter Boys?
  3. I'm all for that, but first, someone would have to deal with Billy's dad. If I remember correctly, his dad is the mayor. Yeah!!!!!
  4. Hi Drew!
  5. Hi Gary!
  6. Hi Craig!
  7. Hi Nick!
  8. Hey Bucket! I bet you'd make a great commentator for that event!
  9. Hi Spike! Personally, I think Drew would be the bottoms-up, hands-down winner, gold medalist.
  10. Hi Albert! You and Steve stay cosy and safe. Make sure to keep each other hot warm in bed.
  11. If Aod and I get to Japan, I'll remember this! The models are more expensive here because of the tariffs on foreign products. Japan and many European countries are not taxed as much, but things from the USA are almost twice the price, plus the cost of shipping. Thanks for the information, Clo!
  12. I didn't let anything in my classroom that was embalmed. The chemicals used are toxic, and students should never be exposed to them. I also only used things for dissection that could be bought in my local meat departments, such as chicken wings, soup bones, and chicken hearts. However, I found that the icky factor was fascinating to deal with. Some kids had no problem, and others that did either realized what they were eating was what their parents cooked, and they ate or decided to become vegans (at least temporarily). I never insisted they had to do the dissections if they were squeamish. They could even ask to be elsewhere when it happened. I had arrangements with the other teachers and librarian.

    Chapter 3

Axel may have a great family and be an excellent doctor, but I was astounded by his stubbornness to know what was going on before he would treat Jehu. Ryan was also a bit surprising. The way he rode roughshod over Alex to get his help didn't speed up the process. At least he seemed to have better reasons since Moon's dishonourable actions and imminent threat to finish Jehu off required a quick move to the safe house. I think that Axel is already at risk without knowing it.

    Chapter 2

Like @CincyKris, I love the complex characters and the developing plot. Axel is looking for a husband but doesn't have time to look and is oblivious to Jeha's interest. Jeha has a loving family but is the target of a jealous and ambitious cousin who seems to have low or no ethical standards. Jeha's friend and protector, Ryan, is also an interesting character. I want to thank Kris for his comment that reminded me of the coming event, the kidnapping. Great start, Lilansui! As usual, you started this story with excitement and finesse.

    Chapter 1

I'm pleased and excited to see a new story, Lilansui! I am even more excited to be back in the Kingdom of Aeras. The two new characters, as well as the beginning scene, have definitely caught my interest. Seeing cameos of familiar characters would be an added bonus, but not essential. Your stories always engage and entertain me.
  16. The skies are clear, and the temperatures are cool at night and warm during the day. It's dry season/winter here. The only problem is that the clothing doesn't change much during the year. Guys wear shorts or long pants and a shirt no matter the season. Aod and I are doing well. January is a busy month for me, with all the legal things I need to do, such as renewing a car license and yearly visa, paying annual bills, and quarterly doctor checkups. Aod has a new hobby. He is assembling Gundam model kits. They are quite complex, with several hundred pieces. Some are incredibly small. I am still trying to catch up on my reading.
  17. Oh, Clo! You are missing out on the joys of being a teacher. Your kids will love seeing skeletons. Think of the skeletons as mini dinosaurs. When I taught 10 and 11 year olds in the US, I went to a local university and checked out an assortment of animal skeletons to display in the classroom when I introduced them to biology. We did a lot of fun things like dissecting chicken wings and comparing them to the skeleton, comparing the snake skeletons with live snakes, and comparing the cat skeleton to my pet cat. All my kids loved science, and I loved to see them have fun doing it.
  18. I'm going to say Goodnight All!
  19. Great score on your music test! I love science. It is always fun to experiment. The weather sounds great, except for the temperature. Stay warm.
  20. All recovered and doing well. I got my visa renewed for the year and visited the skin doctor for my yearly checkup for pre-cancer signs. Tomorrow, I get my car license tags for the year, get the car washed and get a haircut. I'm also trying to get caught up in reading the stories I'm following.
  21. Hi Clo! I hope your week is going well.
  22. Hi Bucket. Hope your week has been filled with a lot of hot men in speedos!
  23. Hey, Man! I hope your week is good.
  24. Hi Nick!
  25. Hi Albert!
