The best part of this chapter was Jesse tamping down his impersonation of Joan Collins being a b i t c h. The parting with the twins after the party was actually touching.

Since we've last seen them, they've used their power to create matter to forge superior weapons and armor. Fenn is more adept with his power. To my eye, these generals are less than half-assed at planning and too limited in strategy. This only serves to insure future conflict. They should have pursued multiple goals, like regime change. It's the only option for long term peace.
